They seem to be honest and they also have a beautiful waiting area. They're always friendly and they do a good job on our cars.

I took my Audi to Auto Pro for an inspection/emissions and an oil change. My life hasn't been the same since. It is now over four months later, and my car is still not the same. They put the wrong oil filter in, and all of the oil drained out of my engine, which of course ruined the engine. After a few weeks of trying to convince them that the low oil pressure light kept coming on, they finally admitted that the engine needed to be replaced and they ordered an engine. Several weeks later, they told me that they ordered the wrong engine and would have to order another one. Several weeks later, another engine gets delivered and they put it in the car. I got about 100 yards away from the shop during my first test drive and I could tell that it wasn't right. After a few more weeks of haggling with them, they said they would try to get yet another engine. Several weeks later, they told me that the engine was lost. It was at that point that they gave up and told me to take the car somewhere else to get it fixed. It still isn't right, and I doubt it ever will be. Also, all I ever asked for during the whole process was to be kept informed. During the more than four months of this ordeal, I think they called me twice. The owner of the company seemed genuine early on, but he also started to ignore me. There is so much more to this story, but if I bring up any more of it, I think I might bring my breakfast up with it. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Update - I took my car to the place where I bought it, and they were able to clean up Auto Pro's mess. I finally have my car back in working order, but this ordeal cost me several hundred dollars, and five months of my time. I think I have quite a few more grey hairs as well.
