Excellent Job AllTemp !

Everything went smoothly and had heat by 2:30 the same day.

We haven't had any more problems with it since the last time they replaced it.

They usually give us a call when it's time to come out and check with us if it's a good time. They're quality is good and I would stand by them.

We bought a house with a warranty on the heater and air conditioner with Alltemp. They were great at responding until they realized it was covered by warranty. Our air conditioner went out in the heat of last summer. It needed a part covered by warranty. even though we explained with had a brand new baby at home, it was not a priority. We waited a week with no results. My husband called the manufacturer and with the situation the company overnighted the part. The woman who schedules the repairmen is rude and unprofessional. They want you to sit and wait all day for them.

They scheduled two days to complete the job and actually completed in the first day. They arrived promptly at 7 a.m. and began work immediately. The gentleman who quoted the job was also there at 7 to be sure there were no questions on our part or on the part of the installers. The installers were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond by helping to repair our exterior faucet - something a local plumber had been unable to figure out and accomplish. They left our home in the exact same condition it was when they arrived.

The service technician arrived on time. His cleaning of the furnace was extensive and thorough. The job took a while for him to complete. He had to run out to get the correct size exhaust pipe which added to the length of the job. Upon completion of the job he cleaned up the area.

met 3 different times to discuss costs,type of units, thermostat placements(3 zones)work went as scheduled.very satisfied.

Entire job was complete in three days. Very clean throughout the entire job!
