Went well.

They responded to my call quickly and scheduled a date and time which was convenient for me. They arrived promptly, worked very efficiently, and completed their work in a timely manner at a cost which I thought was very fair.

My husband and I settled on a house on Friday. On Sunday night we realized that we had a leaky jetted tub. We determined that it was the jets and not the piping. On recommendations of Angies List, I called Advanced Plumbing. They gentlemen came out on time and were very professional and courteous. They took one look at it and said that I have an insurance claim. They diagnosed the problem and they impressed me when they said that they could not fixed it. So instead of waisting my time and money, they pointed me in the right direction on how to go about getting my problem fixed. I would defiantly used them in the future.

Brian was on time, very professional and was within his estimate of cost. He did a great job and cleaned up after he was finished with the work. He is probably the most organized plumber I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I will definately work with him again.

They were prompt and professional. They replaced the old pump and reinstalled the new one in the well. It worked and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

His labor was very affordable. Everything was a 5 star in my opinion. He was honest and forthright. He even taught me things about how the plumbing was working and why we needed to replace our faucets and stuff. He was very clean about his work. Cleanest contractor I have ever dealt with. He was diligent. He came in and got to work right away. He was in and out in a much shorter time than we originally thought it would take. His honesty and integrity were Sterling. I think his labor rates were quite fair. We also took his advice on what to do. He explained what he recommended and what to expect from products. March 2012 update... We called Brian again, this time to install the water line for our new refrigerator. And he came through as he had before, accomplishing his work in his usual, stellar fashion. We will always call on Brian for any of our household plumbing requirements! He ROCKS! : )

After Thanksgiving, we decided we had to replace the tub before having family over for Christmas. After doing a tub replacement myself a few years back in our old house, I decided it would be safer/faster/better to have a licensed plumber do the actual installation this time around. I contacted Bryan, explained that I was comfortable removing the old tub and drywall, in order to be able to have this done by Christmas. Bryan was willing to work with us in this way. He wrote-up a proposal that was only for the installation (parts and labor) and was able to squeeze us in before Christmas! Bryan really came through! In the next few days, Bryan handled the ordering and delivery of the new tub/drain/fixtures and/wall-surround/etc... On the morning of the job, Bryan arrived promptly and went right to work (very professional, organized and efficient). He did not mind my constant on-looking and he took time to answer my questions and explain exactly what he was doing (as well as why). During the job, an unexpected issue was discovered. The old plumbing was pressing down onto the drywall of the first-floor ceiling and was showing signs of stress. It was a problem looking for a place to happen. Bryan took the time to show me the issue, custom-fitted new plumbing that will last a lifetime and did not charge us for this. He also installed separate shut-off valves and an access panel as part of the job. You can tell the Bryan really loves what he does and takes a great deal of pride in his work! He is the "real deal"! I would would not hesitate to use him again and will surely recommend him to my friends and family.

Overall it was an excellent experience. It was a professional work - no issues. Neatly done. Reasonable charges. I would like to use his services if required again.

They did an excellent job and did not charge a lot of money. They called and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy.

Brian arrived on time and got right to work. He advised me on how he was going to do the job and did not mind me "helping" in order to reduce the time required to complete the job. In fact he welcomed it and was able to use some of the leftover parts from the remodelling job in order to further reduce the cost. The next morning he arrived on time to replace the water heater He also installed new a cold water shut off and replaced the hot water shut off. He also noticed a leaking connection from some previous work I had done thru another plumber. This other plumber had come back to fix the leak but was unsuccessful and claimed it would "heal" over time ( I had never heard that one before). Brian promptly fixed it and did not charge me for this . I also learned that he had attended a three day class on innovative plumbing products and was really up on the newest plumbing products available. He really loves his job and helping people with their problems. He does great professional work at a reasonable price. I have used several plumbers over the last 40 years and he is the best. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again. .

It went very well, Brian was professional, prompt and very detailed. He took the time to go over the manufacturer's instructions, to allow the system charcoal to settle and to come back and make sure everything was working properly. I would not hesitate to call upon him again.
