Description of Work: We've worked with them a couple of times over the past year. Most recently, they replaced a toilet, and repaired a leak in the bathroom.

+ -1 moreI called for an estimate to have the above work done. After a friendly phone call I had scheduled an on-site estimate. Bryan arrived on-time and was quick to diagnose the issues. We agreed on quote by email and within 1 day I had my quote. The pricing was very competitive and I decided to schedule the work. Bryan was on time once again. The work was completed and the price did not change from the quote. The work areas were left clean and repaired. I did have some questions after the initial visit which were answered very promptly. I would recommend Advanced Plumbing for good, competitively priced work. I will call again with any future needs.

Description of Work: They removed the existing sink and installed a pedestal sink. They had to completely re-do all the plumbing behind the wall.

+ -1 moreI called to install two bathroom sink fixtures and the work was performed in a very competent manner. The old fixtures were difficult to remove so it took several hours. He cleaned up the area and his work was done very professionally. I have scheduled the company to do additional work. By the way, the rates were very reasonable, about $200, which included some parts, for over two hours of labor. I have used several plumbing firms over the past twenty years and these people are by far the best.

He was friendly, on time, he did stay and work on the issue and he told me if I have a problem with it again to call him and he could replace the toilet with a packaged price that was very reasonable. He is going to my plumber from now on!
Description of Work: My toilets wouldn't flush, it was very difficult for him to work on. He had to play around with this a bit, but he finally got it to work.

+ -1 moreWe had originally contracted him to have our water supply lines replaced in our almost 100 year old home because we had no water flow. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He and his helper arrived on time and were completing the project on time. The plumbing inspector threw us a curve ball and made us install a pump for our laundry tubs because it didn't seem like they were connected to our main but the guys stayed late until all of the work- including installing the pump- was finished. Since the pump was an unexpected expense he was nice enough to give us the 10% off(with the coupon) off the whole job and not just what we had originally contracted for. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Replaced water supply lines with pex and a manablock and installed pump for laundry tubs.

They called back immediately and scheduled the work as soon as they could fit it in. Also, they answered all my questions politely. He was punctual, courteous, kept the area clean, reasonable and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and am happy to finally find an honest, affordable, hard working plumbing service to help me in the future!

We had received an estimate from Advanced Plumbing for another project we are planning when we found out he could help hook up a natural gas heater for our inground pool. His price was reasonable, he was thorough with his estimate and job preparation, communicated well throughout the project making suggestions that alleviated cost and or increased efficiency, and cleaned up the job site perfectly. Finally, a great plumber and fair businessman. We will use him again for our next project. Advanced plumbing is by far the best find in Berks County!
Description of Work: Installation of natural gas piping from gas meter to pool heater for hookup, replacement of water supply valve and fittings, and cut and replace riser pipes for sewer cleanouts.

+ -1 moreBryan guided us along the way, suggesting places to shop and things to look for in choosing materials for our bathroom. He accomodated our summer schedules in installing the materials. When we were concerned about the medicine cabinets we chose he suggested several different alternatives to give us the look we wanted. He worked with us until we were happy. He came when he said. There were no 'hidden' costs. The workmanship was great. I would recommend him and we will employ him to do our next bathroom.
Description of Work: Bryan did installation work for 2 separate bathrooms. We were very pleased with the quality of his work, his responsiveness to our needs and his professionalism. We plan on remodeling another bathroom and we will definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I was pleasantly surprised, and thought the price was extremely fair.
Description of Work: The office called the day before and asked for me to send pictures so they would be prepared when they came to the house. I sent the pictures and they showed up when they said they would. Bryan was extremely pleasant and we walked thru the house discussing what needed to be done. I had a tub that was leaking into the basement and a sink that the pipes were all corroded and needed repair and 2 bathroom leaks. Bryan replaced the corroded pipes coming out of the sink into the floor with white plastic(bathroom 1). He had to cut the tiles a bit, but when he was done, you couldn’t even tell. The tub was a mess with corroded pipes and fixtures. He replaced the pipes and he replaced the part that allows you to fill up the tub with a cover plate(per my request) and then added a fixture that allowed me to shut the tub off by the drain to use the tub. All exactly what I asked for! I also had another sink that dripped, and Bryan and I determined that it was a calking seal and I decided I could fix that myself. We then discussed the issues I am having with a water softener system. He took a sample of my water to determine exactly what my problem was, as the rust on my pipes was white(hardwater), and in some areas blue/green(PH balance). The water sample was free. He will email me with the results. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

He also provided information to help me better understand the maintenance of the unit. Overall I was extremely impressed with the professional quality of the service and would definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I called to have my gas water heater replaced. They came the next day punctually at 8 am as scheduled. They laid down tarps to protect the carpeting in my basement, and were were efficient and professional in all aspects of the service provided.

+ -1 moreWhen I contacted Advanced Plumbing they asked me to take photos of my faucets so that they could give me an estimate of the cost to complete the work. About a week later, they sent me the estimate. Took a little longer than I would have liked but I was happy with the price. I scheduled them to come a week later and they completed all the work except the shower heads because there was an issue with the faucet. Bryan came back later that week and completed the job. I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic. Even though he had to come back a second time with the right tools, he still stayed within his original estimate and was prompt, polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bryan again in the future. I'm comforted to know that if I ever have a plumbing emergency/issue in the future, Bryan will be the first person I call.
Description of Work: Bryan fixed approximately 10 leaking faucets in my house - basic routine maintenance. Faucets included kitchen sink , 6 bathroom sink, 2 shower heads (replaced the cartridges) and 1 bathtub.

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with him. I told him what I needed and he suggested the best. It was not most expensive but it was very reasonable but very good quality equipment. His price included all the appliances. He was punctual. He also had done some work in February as he had to move a well tank from one portion of the basement to another. He came with somebody and moved that well tank on another wall of the basement and that job was about $500. He came in when he said he did and actually called me two days prior before he said it would be okay if he comes in early and I was fine with it. It was nice of him to call and he is very punctual.
Description of Work: I used Advanced Plumbing Inc about two weeks ago. He had to install a grinder pump for the basement and stuff like that and other things. He is going to install the toilet, tub and sink.

+ 1 moreBryan came out on a Saturday to look at the job and to take a water sample. He got back to us within a week with a copy of the water results and also an estimate of the work to be done. He took the time to write up an estimate for a regular gas water heater and also a new tankless water heater as well as the water softener that was recommended for our situation. He also sent us literature that we could read about the tankless systems so that we could make an informed decision. All of this was done by email so that we could review everything at our leisure. We sent a reply confirmation email and the work was scheduled for about a week later. Bryan was very punctual with our preliminary appointment for an estimate and also on the day he was to do the work. He took great care to cover our floors so that there was no cleanup when they left our home. We would highly recommend Bryan and Advanced Plumbing to anyone that wants a reliable tradesman, honest work and great prices.
Description of Work: We replaced our 75 gallon hot water heater and installed a water softener system.

+ 1 moreBryan came out for the estimate and seemed knowledgeable and professional. We were thinking about going with a tankless water heater and he told us the exact same reasons we should NOT make that choice as what we had found in our research. His price for the highest quality hot water heater (which are the only ones he will install by the way) was the lowest we could find and his installation fee was included into that price! His fee for fixing the sump pump was minimal and again he was only using the highest quality parts. Bryan is a very personable man (and his wife who does the billing and runs the office is also very nice.) He did leave the job site sloppy with trash from the boxes, etc. and things that he had to move out of his way to work he did not put back in place. But he was worth cleaning up after. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: I had my hot water heater replaced and consequently new water pipes. I also had my sump pump repaired.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough about Brian!! We had old lead pipes in our bathroom that had eroded and started leaking. And, all the pipes were set into a concrete floor.... I had called MANY plumbers to try and get someone to come and give me a quote. I was shocked by the number that either didn't show up at all, or came and said "This is a really big job ma'am.....I'll have to work up a quote for this and get back to you...." and I never heard from them again.... Brian was willing to travel an hour to get here and had no problem doing the job. He jackhammered the concrete floor, replaced all the pipes (copper and pvc), set the new toilet, and made it all seem like no big deal. He was courteous, prompt, professional, and thorough. Everything is in working order now and couldn't be happier to write this review! Thanks Brian!!!!
