I can't say enough good things about the owner, and by the way, the same man who fixed the leak. He was easy to contact, responded almost immediately, and knowledgeble about the problem. When he arrived, he started right away, and any time we saw him he just blended in like one of the family. He was very personable and friendly, and like I said, unobtrusive. Upon completion he gave us a summery of what he found and how it was repaired. We were pleased with the method used for the repair. The repair was done properly, and now the basement is again dry, as it should be. He told us to call if we noticed any problems, but all is well. The cost was a bit more than estimated, but I failed to take into consideration the cost of materials. All in all, the cost was very reasonable, and if we EVER need a plumber again, this is who we would call.

Bryan originally came to replace two malfunctioning faucets. We have been in our house 17 years and things are starting to need replacing. Our phone call was returned within 10 minutes and an appt. was arranged within 10 days. Prior to the appt. his staff called to inform us that as our faucets were Moen, they should have been warranteed for life. However, they were put in by the builder, and we had no documentation, so we just ordered new faucets on the Home Depot website (they had a great selection and least expensive prices we could find.) The fixtures arrived prior to the installation appt. Took about a week. Bryan installed them and during our visit, my husband informed him of the problems we were having with sediment in our water and poor water pressure in the house. He made an appt for the following week, answered all our questions (patiently) provided exactly what we need. He supplied and installed a whole house sediment filter (which had not been done by our builder's subcontractor). AND we now have water pressure again!!! Hooray!! Wonderful showers!! His work was superb, timely, cleaned up after all installations. Reasonably priced. We have our plumber for LIFE. Thanks, Bryan....GOOD JOBS!! You know your business!!

We had several plumbing services evaluate our situation, since we were concerned that we could have bacteria coming from our well, and also wanted to improve the PH so our pipes would not fill with calcium. Bryan was the only one would had the innovative idea of running the water pipes under our floor rather than dig a giant trench outside. Our floor sits on top of concrete with a subfloor of plywood which he cut neatly and shallow from the sink to the basement steps. He tested our water, presented the plan and material to correct the problem and a detailed quote for material and labor. When I asked for a cold water line to be run separate so the drinking water would not be softened, he didn't blink an eye or make me feel odd for the request. I was very pleased and surprised at the responsiveness to any question I had during the process. This installation required several days to accomplish, with a collaboration of a carpenter to reinstall the subfloor. To sum up, I was amazed at the change in my water, I even got a huge boost in the water pressure, which I never realized would also improve. And, I got to use my Angie's list coupon to boot!

Plumber explained in detail the work that should be done. He arrived on time, kept me up to date as he was doing the work, and when he left the job site was cleaner than when he came. He was very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. Thank You Angie's list your recommendation, it was perfect.

Brian provided an in-person estimate which was very competitive. Arrived right on time on the scheduled day to do the work. All the work was very meticulous and neatly done, and the space around where he worked was immaculate when he was finished. We will certainly call on Brian again for our future plumbing needs.

The pipe replacement was performed quickly and well, and he gave us advice about easier ways to do simple jobs ourselves when we asked about them. He definitely wasn't interested in doing unnecessary work just to make money from us, he was very nice and knowledgeable. We will be using him again if something comes up - highly recommend!

Made the appointment easily. Arrived on time. I liked the fact that this is a small company and I didn't get the impression that he was in a rush to get to the next job. Very neat and clean during the in & outs of the house. Completely professional. I was comfortable asking questions, and received clear answers. I probably drive service providers crazy because I hover, watch and question throughout the repairs. Not so here. It was the first time I've seen a plumbrer who not only did a complicated installation, but actually checked the BOOK to confirm that all the work was done to specifications. Yes, I want them back to complete more work in other areas of the house.

first met Brian when he came for the estimate, it's nice to get options instead of being told what needs to happen, they replaced the damaged pipes and even some old pieces at no extra charge, I felt very comfortable with Brian and would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.

Brian is a really nice guy. He remember me from work he did at my house over a year ago. We talked and reviewed what I wanted. I send he some pictures via text. He completely the work quickly and cleaned up after himself. He even spent extra time to lay down a drop cloth as not to track dirt into the house since he was working half outside and in the basement. This was my second time with this vendor (which I found on Angie's list) and I would use him again.

Our outside frost free spigots were broken and we needed to have them replaced. Hubs left a message for Advanced and Brian called him back very quickly. They discussed what needed to be done and Hubs was given a quote of approximately $225. Brian came out 2 weeks later. Brian arrived within the time frame of 12-1pm. He was friendly, polite, and replaced our current spigots with new 1/4 turn spigots. He also made recommendations to for their upkeep. Brian also checked out our gas range, which doesn't light right away. We were told previously that it was a plumbing issue and that the pipe needed replacing. Brian noticed that the valve was improperly installed and recommended that we call a Certified GE repairman. By the way, the final cost was exactly what Brian quoted on the phone. I was very happy with his service and will definitely call him again should the need arise.

All bathroom fixtures including toilet that had hairline crack underneath which I could not find or nor could anyone else detect was replaced. Fixtures replaced and welded to date not had a leak (work done over a year ago) Replaced all copper plumbing lines in basement have to date not had any problems; no leaks nothing all good. I recommend this plumber highly. I had more then one job done by him and no complaints.

Left a message on their answering machine stating the problem along with my call back numbers (2)). Have not heard from them in 24 hrs. Will find someone else.

We had an electric water heater that was getting too expensive to operate so we wanted to add the domestic partner to our existing gas home heating unit. We checked Angie's List and decided to use Advanced Plumbing after checking the reviews. Although we had gotten other estimates, Advanced Plumbing was average for cost but the overall ratings and professionalism were the selling points. Bryan started on time and completed the installation of the 50 gallon water tank, up-graded from an original 40 gallon tank, on the first day and then returned a second day to replace the bathroom fixture; both units were installed at the original quoted price even though the work extended into a second day. We have been using the units for a few weeks now and are very happy with the change. Bryan came in, installed the units, and left us with nothing to do but enjoy the results of his work; no clean-up or worries afterward.

He was very good, on time and he did a good job. I thought it was reasonably priced.

This is the second time I have used Bryan's services. Just like the first time, I was very satisfied with his work. I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and they were very quick about returning my call and were able to schedule me within the next week. When Bryan got here he made the necessary corrections by replacing the entire faucet and pipe that was split. It only took about an hour and then he showed me exactly what he fixed and explained to me some things I could do to prevent the same thing from happening again next year as the split was due to the pipe freezing over the winter. I would call Advanced Plumbing again for any plumbing issues that I have and would recomment Bryan to anyone.

I found Bryan on Angie's List after reading multiple positive reviews. He initially came out to inspect the job and take a water sample. After he received the results from the water sample he drafted a detailed proposal outlining every step of the process and what it would cost. In his proposal he listed several options to fit a new water heater and softener system in a very small space in our laundry room. He even took the time to provide the additional paperwork of why he recommended certain products - which I appreciated. We had a few days of below freezing temperatures so my installation date was pushed back a few days but the quality of work heavily outweighed the minor inconvenience. He wasn't able to finish the job in one day so he came out on Sunday when I was home to explain how the softener system worked. Overall, it was a great experience. Bryan will be my first call with any future plumbing issues.

I recently purchased new appliances for my kitchen including a new gas stove. I currently have an electric stove and needed the gas line run from the basement up to the kitchen for the new stove. Advanced Plumbing was the 3rd plumber that I called to get an estimate on the work . I thought that it was convenient that they were able to provide me an estimate over the phone/internet based on pictures I took of my basement and the space I needed the line. It prevented me from having to book another appointment where I had to be home and waiting for someone to show up simply for an estimate. Advanced Plumbing also provided me an estimate that was significantly cheaper than the other 2 I received so I decided to go with them. They were very accommodating in providing a date and time that I was available for the work to be done. On the date of the appointment they called me to let me know that they would be running a little late because I was a bit further away than they had anticipated. It was only about 30 minutes which wasn't a problem at all but I did appriciate the notice. I was very impressed with their professionalism as I didn't know much about what I needed to have done for the stove. I didn't have the stove at that point, but they wanted to be sure that they placed the gas line in the correct spot so they had me pull up the model number and installation guide to ensure that the gas line was placed in the right location for my new stove. I appriciated this as I recently had an electrician come out as well and they didn't ask me for any of this information and installed my electical outlet in the wrong spot. The work only took a little over an hour and the actual cost was right on with the estimate that they provided. I was very satisfied with the work done and would definitely call them in the future if I need any work done.

Advanced Plumbing Inc. was called we left message. Called Paramount Plumb was told we lived to far and referred C J Rooter we were unable to fine phone number or internet information.. Decided to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing explain that we had overflow of water each time washer drains on rinse cycle. We asked if they charged to make the house visit they said no. Only if they worked no the problem. We called them at 9:00 AM and he arrived at 10:30 AM. Did the job with no problem-a gentlemen even explained what he was doing and why. Phone # 1-800 - GET-ROTO (438-7686) Oh, Advanced Plumbing did return our call that afternoon. We told them the problem was taken care of.

No complaints - would definitely do business again.

I found Brian at Advanced Plumbing off of Angie's List. He was very good. He was very professional. He was very polite, thoughtful, and he laid down drop cloths from the door he came into the house all the way down into the basement. He took a lot of thought on how he would install it. Because of the way he had to install it he didn't know if there would be a leak or not. We had a leak and had to call him back. He came back within the next day or so to fix the leak. He stands behind his work. He was excellent; an A+. We also had a 10% coupon for him on Angie's List and he honored that. We would definitely use him in the future.
