He explained everything really well and even gave us some helpful advice on my specific washer. I plan on saving their info for any future problems and to give to anyone I know that needs help. He diagnosed the issue perfectly, fixed it, and even helped me rearrange my laundry room to ensure the washing machine wouldn't have any further malfunctions. An excellent professional and top notch repairman!
