Description of Work: When Randy came by to evaluate the job, I asked to see the interior of the tank. He did and answered my questions so I'd know what to "look for the next time". He had a full schedule, it was Easter week and also had a two day course to satisfy renewal of his license. Because my land line was causing me problems, Randy drove by. I made the appointment for the following week. Such a gentleman. Friendly, honest , kind, showing expert experience. He also reminded me to only put our excretions in the toilet and use 'sceptic friendly" toilet paper. NOTHING else even if it says, "Flushable/can be used in a septic system". Now does this seem like a business man who wants more business or a gentleman who does the right thing for his cusomer (s). Definitely a 'keeper'. The kind of service I appreciate.

septic tank
+ -1 moreI called and left a message to quote a septic tank pump out and inspection. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within a few minutes but was disappointed to hear that I was outside of his service area. Really? 13 miles is to far to drive to pump out a septic tank. Maybe crossing the state line has something to do with it but I would think that 13 miles is more than reasonable.

+ 0 moreThe lid on a tank for my septic system was broken in the October 2011 freak snow storm when a tree fell on it. I called Devonshire's Septic Service. He arrived precisely on time. He brought and installed a new and better top. Quick, efficient and professional. I had been using a different company for septic tank cleaning but I plan to call Devonshire's for my next service.
Description of Work: Replaced the lid on a tank for my septic system.
