Sullivan Building and Design Group is a full service design/build firm who will work with you hand in hand from the conceptual design stages to the end product. Design plays a fundamental role in achieving exceptional quality. We can guide you through the process, including architectural design, planning and drawing, land development and zoning, budgeting, scheduling, construction and interior finishing. We have an in-house design team, permitting specialist, top of the line project managers and a woodworking facility, Cider Press Woodworks, for all millwork and custom cabinetry, which we an ship all over the world.

Description of Work: They removed a closet in a laundry room to make space for a new washer/dryer.The room is more open and the washer/dryer fit perfectly! We used them in 2013 after our experience with them in 2005 when they did an entire kitchen renovation that was spectacular!!! Thanks to Sullivan Building and Design Group, we have the the kitchen of our dreams and 10 years later we continue to enjoy it immensely!!

They are extremely knowledgeable and are highly skilled craftsmen. They were on time, responsive, easy to work with, and competitively priced. I would highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They added a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a dining room to our house. They also rebuilt our porch, put on a new roof, and replaced the siding.
