Was wanting to replace stairs in foyer and handrail on basement stairs and railing room divider in family room. Initial contact was several emails with photos. Next, I visited the business. Next got a "ballpark" estimate in an email. Next was a visit to my house and measurements were made. Next sent more emails and never heard back again. In these emails I was wanting more info on some changes previously discussed since I wanted to determine if the stairs could be done less expensively. One negative for me was that a complete job was not quoted. The finishing of the oak was not included. The ballpark number was high for me. I assume the job was not really suitable for the vendor since I quit getting responses. I went looking elsewhere.

Boy they were good, really went the distant. If I ever bought another house and needed a stair case I'd call them first.
