Great. Jon and his assistant Sean were so wonderful to work with. I was running around, not even here part of the time, and they took my list and just got busy doing all the items on the list. I didn't need to give much direction at all, which was great and stress free. Everything looked great and was exactly the way I wanted it. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Jon was awesome - he worked with me and explained each step along the way. Jon kept my basement clean when he stained the wood. He also kept the sawdust to a minimum and cleaned up during install and after. Jon is amazing when it comes to being exact.

We noticed a mold problem in our bathroom. We called Jon Sell of JDS Construction. He gave a fair and reasonable estimate that was detailed and thorough. We selected a light green marble for the 6' x 6.5' shower. He had to remove the old tile, wet bed, bench, and plumbing fixtures. He kept our house neat and tidy during the construction. He used the Schluter system for waterproofing the shower and did an amazing job! He installed a glass block window in the shower and all the thermostatic valve faucets (3 of them) plus the rain shower head. He added a vent in the shower with a light and vented the existing vent over the toilet area out through the roof - which was originally vented through 2 - 90 degree bends out of the soffit (which was probably the cause of the mold). He helped design the shower tiles and did a great job building a new lower, smaller bench that is much more functional now. He removed the original toilet and found mold in the tank and a leak that was starting to rot the subfloor. He removed and replaced the subfloor, tiled the floor and walls in and around the toilet and tub area. In addition, new locations for all the niches and he added two niches in the tub area for storage. He removed and disposed of the toilet, tub and all the old faucets. He installed the new toilet, and tub, and hooked up the additional handheld faucet along with all the new thermostatic valve tub faucet fixtures. He painted the ceiling and walls that weren't tiled. He did an incredible job. The bathroom now looks like a high-end spa. All in all - the job took about 28 days to complete. Everyday, Jon would vacuum, swiffer and leave my house looking like he wasn't even there. He is a nice man, with great values and most of all does high quality work. I would highly recommend Jon to do any renovations, additions, even build a house!
