He never gave me the quote because he didn't want to drive out that far so I asked to send it to my email but he never gave me the quote via email.

This company is very unprofessional. I paid a deposit to have my garage door repaired and never heard back from the sales manager, Rob. I called more than 3 times to get an update on the repair and each time I was told he needed to check to see if the part had come in and would call me back. Well, I had never received a call back from him and after waiting a month, I ultimately had to call another company to repair my door. I would never recommend this company as they are very unprofessional and will take your money! 

Responded to me in no time! Kept me posted of their ETA and did the repairs quickly and perfectly. Best experience I've ever had! They're the best.

Rob was great. I knew nothing about doors but he was very informative. The product they have is commercial grade and has a wonderful warranty. I had Costco out today and although a little cheaper, Globals door is a better product. I decided to go with Global. They have not done the work yet, but I will follow up with additional review once complete. I’m hoping the can squeeze me in quickly to get the project complete before siding is done. Thanks Rob. I’ll be recommending you to everyone so far.

Do not let these hacks in your home! The combination of these guys and Lowes Installation Services has been, by far the worst experience with a contractor that I have ever had. All we wanted was to have (2) garage door openers installed and it turned into a complete nightmare. The installer was late to the initial appointment and did not bother to call to let us know. After they showed up, they could not complete the job, because they needed additional parts, which is completely understandable, as they did not come out to inspect what was needed. We provided them with a deposit for the additional parts and were told that they would be in touch in the next few days to reschedule. After a week and a half, I never received a phone call... So, I called them to see what was going on. I was told that I was on the schedule for the following day. I asked why no one had called and they said they must have forgotten. The following day, they were late again and did not call. They randomly showed up at 4 pm for a 10 am appointment. After the project was **completed**, a couple of hours later, I went to open the garage door and the entire assembly ripped out of the wall. I immediately called, left a voicemail, and texted over pictures expecting a response. I did not hear from anyone until I called them again the following afternoon. They sent out another guy to inspect. He was late again without calling. It turns out that the unit was never fastened to studs and was just drilled straight into the drywall. Is not that installation 101? The tech fixed this and left without saying a thing to us. Upon inspection, we noticed that they did not do anything to repair the drywall. 30+ emails and several phone calls later, I finally have a different company here to repair everything. The moral of the story is... do not use the guys (or Lowes) for any installation.
