We shopped this garage door project hard. Could not beat the product quality (CHI), the warranty, the responsiveness, or the price. This was an easy choice, and after the install would make the same choice again. Rob personally oversaw the install, then looked after every little detail. Went over every square inch of the door, cleaning work smudges, perfecting the caulk, checking the mechanism. Two thumbs up.

Bob was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had to order a part, but fixed the broken spring so that I could use my garage door until the part arrived and the new spring could be installed. He let me know when I could expect the permanant repair to be done and, the day of the repair, called to let me know what time he would be there. I couldn't have asked for more.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did great work. Waiting for the frame of garage door to be capped ( the guy who does it had hernia surgery) but was promised it would be done as early as next week. Would definitely recommend to others.

Rob is a man of his word. He was able to come out the same day I called. He had to get a replacement part but was able to put it in the next business day. Was very busy, but sill got the job done.

I hired this company on 7/7/17 to install 2 garage doors (R17 insulated with insulated tinted glass at top) and openers (LiftMaster 8550's). It took awhile to get the specifics in place but we are now set to start project. $1000 deposit was sent. Total cost: $1726.00 per door. Now waiting for firm date to start. UPDATE TO FOLLOW: So far, project has been started and deposit given. Service has been professional, kind and straight forward. Scheduled appointment for 8/4/17 for garage door (2) and two LiftMaster 8550 openers. Job was done in a professional manner and with complete satisfaction.
