Rob was wonderful to work with. He recommended a door due to its quality and cost savings and was very patient and accommodating while I worked with my HOA to get approval. The door has a slight defect. I am waiting to see how Rob resolves this issue. So far they have been very nice to deal with.

Excellent, fast service

I spoke to Rob at Global Garage Door Service re: a broken spring on my garage door. I made arrangements for him to come to my home. He should up when promised. He explained everything that he would doing step by step. He also informed me that the broken spring did not match the other spring on the door. Apparently when the garage door was originally installed in 2005, when we bought the house, the builder installed 2 different springs. One of the springs was the wrong kind for this type of double garage door. Rob also pointed out that the rollers needed to be replaced. He should me a roller that was falling apart. He installed all new rollers. Now the door opens a lot easier and is not as loud as before when closing or opening. When he was finished he cleaned up and lubricated the tracks and rails. The price was a lot less than I expected. I would highly recommend his company to anyone that needs their garage door repaired or replaced.

Door looks amazing. Cleaned everything up when finished. Our door opener was broken and we thought we needed a new one but he said he could fix it (which he did) and save us some money. Only thing is we scheduled a time and he didnt show up or call. We had to call him. Apparently he had a dentist appointment (emergency maybe?). We rescheduled and everything went well.

Rob was very punctual in returning my call during my inquiry of service. He called prior to his arrival. He was very polite, explained what the problem was with the door and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend his services.
