My appt. was set for 11:30 a.m. I received several calls telling me they were running late. At 6:45 p.m. they were still at least 30 min. away and I rescheduled for the next day. That appt. was for 3:30 p.m. they showed up at 5:45 p.m. They failed to take logistics into consideration when scheduling appts.

Rob called early in the morning and explained what I would need to do with the broken garage door opener. It was so old, it was out of code and needed to be replaced completely. Joe came the next day and installed the new one. He was here about 2 hours and explained everything he was doing. He checked the rest of the garage door parts to make sure everything was working well with the opener. He was very efficient, personable, and willing to answer questions. Price was what was quoted on the phone. I would use this company again if needed.

An extension spring of my garage door broke. Rob, the sales manager, immediately called my home and was at my home to check out the job within 3 hours. He was very pleasant and professional and told me he would obtain the correct springs and have them installed the very next day. True to his word and on time, he installed the springs and lubricated all pulleys and bearings. This work was done at a fair price so in my opinion, Global Discount deserves 5 stars.

I appreciated that he came out that same night around 7 pm and he lives about 40 minutes out, and he accomplished it within a couple days

So very glad that I did not install the new opener myself. He pointed out other things that needed replaced but with no hard sell. Fully appreciated that and took his advice. Great choice having Rob B with Global Discount Garage Door supply and install this for us.
