house cleaning
 + -1 moreThe company was cleaning for us for 4.5 years. The quality of the work was good, though there were a few instances where we weren't completely satisfied with the cleaning, but they sent a crew out right away to make it right each time. Recently, we reached out to schedule a cleaning and they ignored our texts and calls with no explanation. After maintaining a relationship with them for 4.5 years we felt we deserved at least an explanation of why they are choosing not to clean for us any longer. This is obviously completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from an established business. If you elect to go with this company, be warned this may happen to you also.
