Fine. The team came to my home, used their device that detects wet drywall and then cut out everything that had to be discarded. They then tested for mold. They set up the heaters and dehumidifier. Two days later they came back and everything was dry including the carpet They did a very neat and clean job and yes I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs someone for this type of work.

I can’t say enough good stuff about them! First, their pricing was HALF of what the other companies quoted me. I felt the other companies were trying to take advantage of our situation. The guys were super nice, I was smiling while the one guy was downstairs singing while he was working - it was cute. We needed a new sump pump too and they just made a phone call and has another guy show up to do that...excellent pricing on that as well! They just seem to enjoy what they do and really want to help people. I shared their info with everyone on our street because several of us have flooded here before so it’s good to know who to call if it ever happens again. I can’t say enough about them - they turned a nightmare into “hey this isn’t so bad...it’s going to be ok!”

For my first contact with aftercare they were responsive from start to finish. They were out the same day and started the process of mitigation and determining the cause of the leaks. I decided to take the time to have new floors put in my home which they did a phenomenal job and have been nothing but professional and treated you like family throughout the way. I would recommend them completely for anything and would most definitely call them again if needed.

Overall it was pretty good and pretty painless. They are also a emergency remediation company, so if there are flood issues or other kids of unexpected damage issues, they will come and do the demolition as well as the restoration. There are a few places to touch up, but they were expected.
