Description of Work: Excellent! Very quick with returning my call and I would have used them in a heartbeat. I had contacted to providers for the same service and the other provider simply got back to me a little quicker (over the weekend). I would have had no problem using this group. Very nice.

+ -1 moreMr. Gauselman responded to my initial telephone call immediately. We arranged a date and time for the inspection. On the day of the inspection, he was right on time and answered all my pre-inspection questions. The inspection itself lasted 3 1/2 hours and I accompanied him throughout the house. He did not rush things. If I had any questions he answered them thoroughly before moving onto the next area of the house. He was very knowledgeable relative to all aspects of the inspection; electrical, plumbing, structural and water damage etc. He was very courteous and made me feel quite comfortable. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. I am very pleased with the service provided.
Description of Work: Patrick Gauselmann, P & D Home Inspection Services. L.L.C., provided general inspection services to a home that my wife and I are interested in purchasing.
