Description of Work: They picked up a baby grand piano and delivered it for me. It was a about 30 minutes from my house. Three gentleman arrived right on time and set up the piano and helped pick the angle and location for it. I would recommend to others.

Description of Work: Duffy carried a 200lb gun safe up 2 flights of stairs. Quoted price was $100 per flight and I had 2 flights of stairs. The guys did a great job, got the safe up 2 narrow flights of stairs without so much as bumping a wall. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Moved an antique, upright grand from West Chester PA to Wilmington DE. Arrived at the 'from' house slightly after the quoted time frame. Everyone I dealt with in the process seemed knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I thought it was a great deal to move something so heavy so far. They arrived punctually, calling in advance to let me know they were on their way, carefully wrapped up the piano and loaded it onto the truck, drove to the new house, and waited for me there (I had to pick up my kids from school). They unloaded it and brought it into my house without a bump or jostle. Everything went smoothly.
Description of Work: They moved our spinet piano from our old house to our new house, down one set of porch stairs and up two sets of outdoor stairs.

They picked the piano up at first location on Monday and then delivered to the second location on Thursday, when it was convenient for my schedule and theirs. Three guys delivered to the second location, where I was. All 3 were nice and professional. They arrived first thing in the morning and were in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Description of Work: Moved standard upright from Doylestown, PA to Collingswood, NJ. The piano was on the first floor at both locations with 5 steps outside the second location.

I got a call early in the scheduled day giving me the general time that the movers would arrive. They arrived around the anticipated time. Within 30 minutes the two movers had the piano moved from my first floor down to my basement. It's a tight split staircase and I was doubtful that the guys would be able to successfully move the piano. However, they did it. I was quite impressed with their skill! I am very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Fox has moved my Sohmer upright for me twice, once in 2003 and again in 2005 (as I changed abodes). Their price matched two other movers I had called, and they were the nicest about figuring out how to mesh with my schedule and come out sooner rather than later. I have moved this piano before (up steps), with the help of five other friends, and the money was worth it!

+ -1 moreThis was an incredible value. Much less expensive than the competition, AND they were fully insured for the replacement cost of the piano in case something drastic happened. Fox faxed me a copy of the insurance form, and they were in and out within less than a half hour. Plus, most importantly, they know pianos.
Description of Work: Taken from second story with about 15 steps to the first floor of a house that was one block away.
