Mt. Lebanon Awning

Paid top dollar and always delayed installation. They bark back about the 30 day window for weather but the fact is it doesn’t matter when the request is put in, year after year it’s the same story, they simply do not have enough installers. They have you by the shorthairs and will do what they please and don’t provide discounts for their inaction. No accountability at all. Very dissatisfied. Vote with your feet and go elsewhere.

They did a great job, we are pleased with them. They need to be taken down and stored each winter which is a little pricey.

Our old awning needed to be replaced - we got one of the most reasonable estimates from MT LEBANON AWNING & TENT CO, they were quick, very courteous and responsive. We've ordered it in the last week of Feb. and got it in the last week of May, but that was the estimated time frame, so we were prepared to wait. They took very precise measures, had to adjust and straighten the old frame. The new awning has few improvements compared to the old one (better fit on the frame, metal rods to weigh it down, reinforced corners) and we are very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an awning service!

I contacted 3 companies to obtain a price to replace our front porch awning with the same fabric/color. This company was very professional and I did not receive heavy sales pressure. They responded to my call within 1-2 days with a very reasonable quote. They also offered a 10% reduction if I included a deposit of 80% with my order. The manufacturing of the awning was to be completed within 6 weeks but I waited 9 weeks for installation.

I have been using Mt. Lebo Awning for the past few years to remove/store/reinstall my awnings. They are always on time and complete the work as necessary. I recently ordered new awanings to replace my 10+ year old awnings. I spoke to several companies and these guys were the most friendly and responsive. Their price was competetive.

Rick came right over to make the sale at the end of February-----laughed that I was getting a very early start! He said it took four weeks to have it manufactured then we would be the first on their list for installation. We were to expect completion of project at the end of March, first of April. We gave him 80% down on March 1. From that point, we heard nothing----I called second week of April, couldn't get Rick but found out our awning was already in and they would have to fit us on their schedule. I wondered if they were going to call and let me know?? I heard nothing-----called again------"it'll be next week". Next week came and went without any call returned. I called again at the end of the week, still couldn't get Rick------but was told to look for it to be installed Monday or Tuesday. Monday came with no word------it was raining-------but still, never any heads up call from them. I called first thing Tuesday morning, now I'm a bit upset, it has been nine weeks since the order and they have had $4,500 of our money since March 1. They said they would be out the first sunny day. I never received a call but they showed up at 10:30 am Wednesday to install it------good thing I was home. All that said, the crew that came was very nice, very neat, worked steadily and did a great job. I am thrilled with the product and the outcome. I had used the company nine years ago for a bullnose over our front door------they were efficient from start to finish that time; that's why I went straight back to them.

They were awesome. After a previous company completely botched the job, Mount Lebanon Awnings came in and did the job perfect. Every year they come and take down our awning in winter and put it up in the spring. They get back with you quickly and communication is there. They are everything you would want in a company.

They were quite professional, took care of the ordering, even though it was a model that is not made anymore, and the crew came and worked very quickly to fix it. No problems at all.

Responded immediately to first complaint Wanted us to be satisfied. They replaced the original awnings with no hassle. We reordered another awning which we are very pleased with. All in all, Mt. Lebanon Awning is a good reputable company. We would recommend them to friends and I think the original problem was a communication misunderstanding.

AWNING WAS DESIGNED TO FIT OUR DECK NEEDS APPROXIMATELY 5 YEARS AGO. THE COMPANY COMES OUT EACH SPRING TO INSTALL AND RETURNS IN THE FALL TO REMOVE THE AWNING. THEY THEN STORE THE AWNING OVER WINTER, MAKING MINOR REPAIRS IF NECESSARY.
