+ -1 moreThey came and gave me an estimate. I took it. They came back and ripped off the roof and old wood that was rotted and replace on the back flat roof a rubber roof and the front roof put shingles on it. and then they cleaned everything up.
Description of Work: I was very impressed with the crew they did a great job, on time, and in 2 days. I live in a 1/2 a double house. They removed roofing on back flat roof. Installed 1/2" fiberboard insulation. Adhered 30 year, 60 mil rubber to the insulation. Installed white aluminum edging as per estimated $1500.00. removed shingles on front porch roof. Installed Ice and Water shield on entire roof. Installed GAF, 30 year, architectureal shingles. Installed white aluminum edging as per estimate $600.00. extra: Labor and material to repair deck of front porch roof. $63.00 I was happy that the estimated that they quoted was almost exact. and they did a great job on the two roof jobs and did a great job cleaning everything up. so I would recommend them to my family and friends definately.
