I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. While the quality of the material purchased to do the porch was very good, their attention to detail was quite lacking. There was never any trim put around the base of the porch, the holes were not even filled in properly where the concrete piers were placed. The roof repair, which was supposed to be done, consisted of adding several 90° elbows to each of the roof vents, which did seem to fix the issue, but the $1,000 charge for that is a little excessive. The last little bit was the relocation of an outdoor water faucet, which appears to have been done, at least from the outside, but none of the plumbing was ever done inside to hook up that attachment, so it is nothing more than decorative at this point. I feel like I was excessively overcharged for some of this work and some of the work was never even completed.

I was in a bind and needed to have my deck posts replaced quickly before going forward with a paver patio project we had started. Willy is a great communicator and had his team out to do the work quickly and on the day he promised. The work was done well, and the site was left in the same condition he found it. I would highly recommend Wilmarc Construction for your construction needs.

It took the contractor 4 days to get here after stating he would be here F-S-M. I understand he has other jobs to do, but he can't say he'd be here and not show up. When he showed up at 4pm on Monday he did a quality job on the stump removals.

The job drag out for more than 90 days and still not complete. No calls about missed dates to neither apologize or reschedule. No calls, lot of excuses but never an apology. this was a small job he doesn't keep his promises.

He did a total remodel job on our bathroom, custom walk -in shower, tile work, electrical, painting and carpentry. First quality work. Handshake and he came through with what we had asked.

Great work !! Tree was removed and clean-up was excellent. We did not hesitate to hire him for a few more jobs. Stay tuned.

Had bath tub removed and shower put in. New cabinet, counter top and wash bowl . Built in two shelves at no extra cost. painted walls. Very pleased. 4 days work. Has to come back to calk between counter top and wall. Said he would come back and do it. Will let you know if he does. Other than that very pleased .

Will replaced my very sad wooden porch with concrete and a really nice vinyl railing. The crew were all really nice and efficient, work was well done. Work finished late fall, so Iâ m anxious to use it this spring. I am looking to have them do more projects this year.

He called back immediately, he came when he said he would be here. Work was done fast. Helped with building permit. Was friendly and left the work site better then he found it. I’m sitting on my new deck writing this review. Thank you

Willy told me 2 days to cut down my tree. We came to an agreement on project in beginning of July and I paid him and he never came back to finish the job. He would say he was coming but never showed up. He was nice to your face but I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Not reliable with his word and left his wood propped up on my fence for weeks and was not working. They would work 2 hours a week and never finished the job. I had to put a stop payment on last check because of incomplete work. This was my worst contracting experience and next time I will go with a professional instead of an amateur. It was a horrible experience and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job. My house looks ridiculous with a monster tree in my yard because he never cut it down to my specifications.

Willy and his workers are wonderful. They put up a movable handicap ramp for me, and I needed it done ASAP or I was going to lose my mobile wheel chair because there was no way to get it into the house. They were going to have to send it back Monday if I didn't figure out something. He came the next day and actually removed a section of wrought iron and built a beautiful deck and then cut it in half so it would be able to be moved by my wife and daughter. He put back a gate and it was done perfectly. They do near perfect work and once they start working, there is always somebody working, they never all stop and leave and come back two hours later. If you hire them you can sit back and you don't have to worry about anything. No need to follow or check on them, they know exactly what they are doing and can probably do almost any type of carpentry. I am already passing out his cards, its difficult in our area to find such a refreshing contractor and not a fly by night person who want money up front to buy supplies but doesn't return for a week, its very normal here. It was such a nice relief having friendly and trustful workers that gave back a young man with a fatal disorder and children a part of his life back that I haven't had in over ten years. I can go to my daughters basketball and track meets. I miss those days and my daughter is being highly recruited by DI schools and I never saw a live game. Once in a while I had a video from a parent. I never knew she was so amazing , I knew she was good, but not that good. Now, I will get to see her play, because I can hook the chair to the car and I can sit in a chair, not in bleachers. So really, how do you thank someone that actually improved my quality of life with such an excellent job making a ramp where there was nothing. I will have him fix my faucet next and I'm sure my wife has some work too. I will recommend him to everyone that needs any work done right the first time. Overall: one awesome job and thank you again!

I hired Wil to replace 85 feet of deck railing on my enormous deck. He also installed a new set of steps on the west side of the deck where I previously had no steps. I cannot express my thoughts in words as it is just overwhelming how much of a difference the new railing makes in the appearance from the front of my home. The quality of the work is second to none. He and his workers completed the job in only two days. This crew is quick and professional and I certainly would hire them again for any future work I may need done. I highly recommend Wilmarc Construction for all of your maintenance needs.

I don't know what to say, that hasn't been said before. Their work was quick, clean and professionally done. I'm thrilled I found him. I will definitely call him again for future projects.

Wily was hired to replace about 28 feet of a foundation. Not an easy job. They completed the job in about a week and half. Friendly, personable, a true visionary, and very reasonably priced. Excellent work quality. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Easy going and reliable working contractor. Intelligent ideas and communication skills. Has a "can do" attitude. Works hard to get the job done as planned. Definitely hiring this contractor again for more projects. Doreen

We hired Willy to remodel our hall bathroom. He did a total gut of the room and replaced everything, including moving a window. He did a great job! We love the finished product! We will definitely be asking him to bid on future work.

daily rate was very high for amount of work done in a day,like to start late and take long lunches.charged $800 a day labor first day worked 3hrs. second day 9 hrs. Feel I was taken advantage of .No working without a contract for me.
