Yes everything they said they did for me. No hidden fees. They were on time.

We hadn't heard of this company before we found them on Angi, but we decided to give them a try anyway. We're so glad we did!! They came to do the work within a week or two of when we got in touch with them, they completed the work in just a couple of days, and they did incredible work. Everyone who works for this company is friendly, professional, and hard-working. They even brought treats for the dog! We couldn't be happier that we found 5Star! I never even leave reviews anywhere for anyone, but I wanted to leave this one here for 5Star - they've earned it! Give them a call. You can't make a better decision!

Late on July 8th, my AC unit decided it no longer wanted to cool my house down. I called a local service first thing Monday morning on the 11th and I was told that no one could get to my location till late Thursday, 14th. They did arrive on that day and told me I needed a whole new AC system and that I was looking at around $10k plus but that their estimator would contact me for an accurate estimate. Frustration sets in by Wed the 20th, and I called Five Star Mechanical, after using a Google Search. I spoke with Brittney who said that they would try to have someone out that day but that if not, Friday morning. Not even 20 mins later I received a call from Kevin, the owner, who stated that he would arrive shortly. The Five Star team arrived promptly and assessed the issue of a small hole in the coil. They gave me multiple options of what could be done along with price points and positives and negatives for each. I went with a repair for the time being, and within 2 hours, they had repaired and thoroughly tested my system for leaks, at a tenth of the of the cost of a brand new unit. I am no longer cooking in my home. I cant thank the Five Star Team enough. I appreciated the honesty, timeliness, and service, so much so that I signed up to have them service my oil burner for the heating season. I had been looking for a business I could trust and now I have one. Side note: I am an actual customer and not someone just posting up a good review. It is so hard to find businesses you can trust anymore so I wanted to take the time to share my personal experience for anyone else that may be in the same situation. By the way....Thursday the 21st and I'm still waiting on my estimate from the first company.

Had Five Star out for a checkup and cleaning of my York ac/heat pump. The technician did a thorough check and a tremendous job cleaning the outdoor unit. He also went over the indoor air handler thoroughly. He then hooked up sensors to check temperature and make sure that pressures were within specs. In this era we are living in, quality service is very hard to find anymore. Glad I switched to this company a few years ago and will continue to keep using them. If you're looking for quality service at a fair price, look no further.
