Sanatoga was called after I got some very poor service from another company. The first company told me my water softener was shot without even looking at it and then gave me some astronomical price to replace. Sanatoga looked at, told me what was going on with it, gave me some recommendations then didn't charge me. The technician was kind, knowledgeable, and right on time. Most importantly he was HONEST! Can't say enough good things about my experience and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.

John T. came out to our home for a consultation and review of available well water treatment options. Punctual arrival, very informative and professional. John tested our water and provided an overview of options based on the results as well as a physical observation of our water problems (copper staining, scaling) and our qualitative review of water use. In addition, he gave me the pros and cons of some options I was considering as part of my due diligence (such as chlorination). John laid out all the possible approaches, along with his professional recommendations for sizing. We chose the system design that he recommended. Pricing was very competitive. Installation was scheduled for a couple of weeks later, based on his company's installation schedule and my availability. The office manager (Jessica) was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. One of my system components had to be ordered and I was kept up-to-date on the status. The installation date remained unchanged. Installation was performed by Steve, and an associate. Steve was also very professional and knowledgeable. He completed a very clean, organized installation in a few hours, and took all of the waste/surplus materials with him. Steve answered all my questions and explained how the system worked in detail. All water lines were sanitized, purged, and a water sample taken for analysis. We had a great experience with Sanatoga Water Conditioning, and will not hesitate to use them for future water system work.

All went very well. They delivered what they promised and the system works fine.

I did not purchase a water system from them as my issue cleared up and my water was fine. I especially appreciate their no pressure sales pitch. I would definitely use them to install a water system if i need one in the future.

The technician arrived on-time and was knowledgeable about my water softener. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it back up an running before he left. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived exactly on time. They had the old system out(which they took with them)and the new system installed in less than 3 hrs.I couldn`t be more pleased! |I received a card from them a few weeks after installation offering a complimentary follow-up visit free of charge to answer any questions and make sure all the equipment is working properly.I have never had a contractor offer a service like this. The water quality now is excellent.

I got an appointment for the installation less than a week from when I called. The serviceman arrived promptly and the whole job took about 1-1/2 - 2 hours. He showed me how the system operates and how to replace the filter. He was polite and cleaned up everything when he finished. A very professional job and I would (and will) use them again.

Everything went according to plan. No surprises. Walt (salesman/contact) was very professional, as was the installer. Walt followed up with a visit to make sure the system was working as intended and had a technician make a follow-up visit (no extra cost) to make the system easier to maintain. I would not hesitate to use them again and intend to use them on an ongoing basis.

He recommended we get the water re-tested in about sixty days to ensure everything settled down versus replacing the system. I thought that was nice that he did not try to push a new system from the beginning. I took a sample to their office and dropped it off. I got the results back in three days. Everything was good with the sample. The price was also reasonable.

The service was excellent. They are very responsive, really honest, and have good follow up. Everything has been great.

I have been using them for many years. They are excellent! I have the original water softener they first put in the house and they keep maintaining it. They always bring any supplies they need. They are very polite. They come every year unless I have a problem in between. They always send me a reminder note.

Serviceperson arrived at arranged time. He informed me that the warehouse did not have the particular softener I had chosen so the company gave me the next higher level softener at no extra charge. I found this amazing! The serviceperson took the time to explain all I needed to know and went over the warranty with me. Have not had a problem in the 8 months I have had it.

The sales team was excellent. No high pressure. They took time to explain what every piece of equipment does and why you need it. The installation team was on time, they did a really professional job of cleaning the area after they were done. They took time to explain how to operate and maintain the equipment. They came back 2 weeks later to check the installations. After 2 months we have had no problems. I obtained a total of 4 quotes, and they were in the middle of the range, but gave you the best equipment for the price. Tank is guaranteed for 10 years. Parts and Labor for 5 years.
