Called and left several messages over the course of a month and never got a single phone call back. I dont know how these guys stay in business but Ive seen their trucks around and hear they do good work. I dont like leaving F's but in this case its ridiculous not to call someone back whether you want the job or not.

We called dan six times. He finally got back to me and promised to come over for a quote and never showed up. He never called to apologize. We called him again and as usual extremely arrogant. He said he was coming out and never showed up again. My husband called again and dan advised he was already at our home earlier for the estimate. Would have been nice if he communicated this as my husband and left work early to accommodate his appt. Given his lack of professionalism and line of bull, he would be a poor choice for anything. Sad part is i had 5 neighbors on board for same $3,000 job if only he would have been a reliable, trustworthy and respectable business owner. Beware!

When we didn't hear back from them in October we called and they promised to have the work completed by November. My husband ripped up the walk which left a sandy and muddy mess at the side of the house for 5 months. They never showed in November but came in December to dig it out and dump stone with the promise that we'd be first on their list in the spring with more stone and to finish the job. Meanwhile, our two big dogs, four kids and ourselves were tracking in dirt and grit from the walk into the house from November until spring. I tried to minimize this by covering the area with large cardboard boxes. At the beginning of March ,after it had started warming up I called them. I tried to be polite but Dan was dismissive and vague on the phone. He simply said "We were busy. We'll get to you when we can." and hung up the phone while I was talking. On 4/1 Dan showed up and said they were coming the next day. This did not give us any time to request of off work so one of us could be there. He promised to bring more stone. We returned from work to find the area a mess. I All the dirt, mulch and rocks from an additional area they had shoved out was thrown on top of the pile of bricks and it took half a day to pick through this and clean it up. I could tell from the amount of dirt that they did not dig down very deep and that there was not enough stone laid, which we paid $50.00 extra for. We immediately noticed the extension much lower than the walk my husband raised two inches (not level as discussed), and the edge between the old and new drives was not sealed. Two lines ran across the new pavement from where a heavy trach can had been dragged across. The edge between the old and new parts was not smooth, but very rough. Later we discovered a good shovel of ours missing. We immediately called and expressed our concerns. Dan stopped by the same day and agreed to seal the border. He provided us with a written 5 yr. guarnatee against cracks and sinkage. He told us to wait 1 week before parking on it. We waited two weeks. After parking our car (not the RV) on the new section there were two indentations within 2 weeks. We let Dan know the RV would be off the drive for an entire month to give him a chance to seal the edge and fix the sinkage. When we returned from vacation as of July the problems have yet to be fixed.

The price is good and so far, they have done exactly what they said they would do.

I called to inquire about snow removal service for the upcoming winter and no one from the company returned my call. I'm very dissapointed, their website said they performed this type of service and I would have appreciated a call back either way.
