Description of Work: I purchased a washing machine from Sanatoga. I wanted something without all the bells and whistles (which tend to break) and one that I could open after the cycle started to throw in that errant sock that was still on the floor. I purchased a Speed Queen which was someone higher priced but has better "innards". Sanatoga installed and took away the other washer without any additional charges. I will definitely go there for my next appliance purchase.

+ -1 moreDiane, the saleswoman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making my selections. Everything I purchased had rebate offers. Diane checked off the items I purchased on the rebate forms, making it easier for me to complete the remaining required information. Delivery and haul away was included in the price. The installers were professional, on time, and quick to complete the job. They made sure everything worked before they left and showed me how the appliances worked.
Description of Work: I purchased a range, microwave, and dishwasher.

Sanatoga's prices were similar, but the service was excellent, and cost of installation was lower than other stores, which was a big plus for me. They also knew about discounts, and provided me with the coupons to mail in, the amounts I would get back, and mailing instructions. Advice when you're buying appliances, always check the installation and haul away prices! I have purchased all my appliances at Sanatoga, and will continue to do so.
Description of Work: I was replacing a dishwasher which finally gave out, and was tired of doing dishes by hand.

+ -1 moreFantastic service! Salesperson gave us paperwork for rebate from PECO. Delivery was on time and very professionally done. Had a problem with dryer. They sent someone out that afternoon, who went above and beyond to fix the problem!
