Description of Work: Ryan from R&S came out right away and gave us a detailed estimate for constructing a retaining wall and addressing our drainage issues. He even came out a second time once we recieved the extimate to explain everything. We have never done this such kind of project and had lots of questions and he was bery patient with us. Once hired Day 1 they hit solid rock and they had to go pick up heavy machinery to break up the rock. We thought this would drive up our bill. We talked to Ryan and he explained he will do his best to stick to budget. He was so helpful and kept to our budget and our retaining wall and stairs are beautiful. They expertly installed the techo block wall and stairs. We are thrilled. We got three other bids and his pricing was the best and they were very helpful and professional.
