PETE RUSSO PLUMBING

Currently have a first floor laundry room and wanted to move this to the second floor in our mater closet. This project required installation of new water lines to the closet and an overflow drain. We also had them shift an existing pipe in a different wall to address issues with our in-wall speakers. They provided a reasonable estimate and I scheduled the service within the next week. They were able to do the job within a day or two of my calling to request the work. The team arrived on time and worked all day long without a break. They were professional and explained everything very well. It was a pretty complex job and were able to complete it within the day and the work looks great. They provided a detailed and accurate bill at the end of the job.

On Saturday, the toilet in our half bath on the first floor decided it wasn't going to put up with our "stuff" anymore and protested the only way it knew how. All the signs were there for a clog in the main sewer line. We've been gurgling occasionally for weeks now, but it would always just gurgle a bit, subside and never overflow. For fear of an astronomical plumbing bill, I decided to try my hand at clearing the clog with sewer snake from Lowes, but my weak self couldn't get the cap off the clean out. After about 45 minutes of grunting and cussing like a sailor in my fishing waders and a trash bag (the wife thought I was hot, but was afraid to admit it), I surrendered and agreed to call a pro. I had called on Pete Russo once before for water heater issues and my experience was positive then so they were naturally my first call this morning. Receptionist was uber friendly and after taking all my info, she let me know that the gentleman doing the scheduling would call me right back when he was done on the line with another customer. Within 10 minutes my phone rang and instead of being told that we could expect someone later in the day, I was immediately asked if having someone at my place in 15-20 minutes would work for me? (Uh yeah!!) There are no words that can truly describe the level of disgusting that comes from a 4# sewer main in a house with a married couple and 4 kids. It takes a special kind of person to do that job, and that is an understatement. But to do so and still have the courtesy to be pleasant to my wife and even joke around with my 2-year-old son about how he should "go to college" when he gets older so he doesn't end up "stinky like me." Needless to say, Pete Russo has found themselves a customer for life with my family and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any and all. (And if Mike reads this review, its safe to say that I owe you a few beers.)

This is our third use of Pete Russo Plumbing. As with the previous calls, they were very prompt, diagnosed the problem, and quickly resolved the issues.

I live in NJ and own a townhome in Stowe, PA. I had an occasional leak in the tub of our PA townhome that had leaked through the ceiling to the kitchen downstairs on one occasion so I wanted to figure out the issue ASAP. Sent a contact e-mail to Pete Russo Plumbing through Angie's List and within 24 hours they called me to discuss the issue and set a date to come fix the problem. The repairman came the next day, evaluated the situation and fixed the problem immediately. Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the repairman were very friendly and professional and followed up to let me know what the cause of the problem was and that the job was complete. Very honest and helpful. Made dealing with the issue from out of State a SNAP. I would use them again and definitely recommend them. I'll definitely keep their contact information handy for future use!!

Could not be more pleased. Called the provider and spoke with Scott who was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He was very helpful and was able to schedule a licensed plumber to come out the next day at a time convenient for me. When Joe arrived he offered me coffee and to help take in my trash cans. I guess they are truly a full service plumbing company. He was extremely honest with the leak issue explaining it would be an easy low cost fix. While he was there I had him check out a few other minor issues which he addressed and gave out pointers for the future. I have found my plumber and will not look anywhere else for my next plumbing issue.

They explained everything well to me and they seem to know what they were doing. The service was a little more than I anticipated but they did do a good job. If I had a problem, I was able to call them immediately and scheduling was easy.

I had 2 leaking toilets, 1 broken garbage disposal, a clogged sink and faulty water distribution from my water well. Russo's plumbing came in and assessed the various project and went right to work. He covered the floors with a drop cloth in the area he was working and was also very professional. He did not waste any time. He arrived promptly at 07:30 and was complete all tasks by 09:00. I am very pleased with Russo's and would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues. They also looked at my Dish Washing Machine, which was not working and they verified that there was appropriate power getting to the unit. They suggested a good appliance repair person. They went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. The total bill was $188.00. I was very pleased and highly recommend Russo's

I emailed them last night and received a call from them early this morning to discuss my problem and to set up an appointment. Todd arrived promptly at the time he had promised. I was very pleased with his performance. He was knowledgeable, explained the work that needed to be done, and worked quickly and efficiently. I feel his price was reasonable too. I will most definitely use Pete Russo Plumbing from now on.

Todd showed up on time, was very friendly and explained what he was going to do before he started. Once he finished he once again told exactly what he did. Finished in one hour.

The provider arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Very friendly, very professional. Within twenty-thirty minutes had located the pipe which was leaking into our basement. Repaired it easily and quickly with very little damage to wall behind the refrigerator. Cleaned up, replaced refrigerator and charged us only a very minor amount. We were so impressed and will definitely use Russo Plumbing again when we have need of a plumber.

A neighbor suggested them to me. The guy came in, and he's professional. He understood what was happening. When they did the work, they were clean. At that time, they have to dig up our basement to redo some plumbing. They were very careful, and did a really good job with the plumbing. In addition, they kept us surprised the whole process of what was going and why it was going on. I would absolutely use and recommend them in the future.

All the work was done professionally and it a reasonable amount of time. The price was MUCH lower than I expected. Pete Russo plumbing will be my plumber forever!!

My call for service was answered immediately by Joe. I was asked specific questions about the type of faucet and what was happening so that he could be prepared when he arrived. Joe arrived the same day at the time we had agreed upon. He had a very pleasant manner and completed the work on the kitchen faucet quickly and professionally. Then he asked if there was anything else that might need attention and I mentioned that I was having problems with a valve on the cold water line to the backyard. It was leaking around the stem. He quickly determined the problem (just needed tightening), and fixed it - no charge. I highly recommend this provider.

The charge for the service was reasonable and the whole experience was very professional. I will be calling them again in the future.

I bought 3 Moen bathroom vanity fixtures and 3 Moen valve sets on line from Amazon at best price and then called Russo to install them. The plumber that came was very nice, very fast, efficient and professional.

When I called Pete Russo Plumbing I got a live human being on the phone who made an appointment with me right away (that, in and of itself, differentiates them from 99% of the world of plumbing). The person who showed up did so on time, got the work done quickly, helped out with a couple of other minor issues and left a number for me to call in case the problem recurred. All in all, we were very pleased.

We were in need of a quick repair in order to sell our house. I called Pete Russo plumbing, spoke to Scott and explained the situation. His repairman, Todd, called that afternoon and was able to come out. He removed the scale build up on our hot and cold lines, replaced the pipe that was leaking and recoated. Very polite, courtoeus, and professional. Will definitely call them again.

The plumber was on time and did a very quick and professional job replacing our failed sump pump. I would definitely use them again when in need of a plumber.

Pete Russo was on time, quicking diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the leak in short order. Plumbing can be a messy job, but he cleaned up as he went and left the bathroom in good shape when finished. If plumbing services are needed in the future, I would use his services again.

I received an immediate response from this company and the work was completed just two days later. He purchased the faucets so that I didn't have to do it and arrived on time and was in and out in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of this company and I would definitely use them again.

He was really good. They were prompt, very knowledgable and got right to work. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They were also courteous and they really did good work. The prices seemed fine and the quality of the service was above average for sure.

I called Russo Plumbing today at 9 am and they were at my house at 11 am! They were professional in every aspect and the service was wonderful. The technician, Todd was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a clogged shower, one clogged toilet, one running toilet and a vessel sink that needed part of the drain replaced. They were finished in an hour and everything works amazingly! I would highly recommend them to others and would always call on them first in the future!

I had contacted Russo Plumbing based upon feedback seen on Angies List. I had them purchase the toilet and wash basin/tub and materials, As it typically takes me at least 3-5 trips to the hardware store to get things right. The service was great and the technician didn't mind me asking all sorts of questions while he was doing the work. I would definitely use Russo Plumbing again.
