PETE RUSSO PLUMBING

My cast iron sewer pipes were 54 years old. Wanting to replace them before I had a problem, I obtained a couple estimates from plumbing companies highly rated on AL. I went with Pete Russo Plumbing for 2 reasons: while price was important, I was very impressed with Todd, who outlined in detail how he would execute this job. We were told the job would take the better part of a day, but Todd and helper were finished before 2:00 p.m. They laid down tarps to keep the floor as clean as possible, and carefully removed all the old pipes thru a basement window. Not a single drop has leaked from either the new sewer pipes or the powder room toilet, so I'm now able to give them an enthusiastic 2 thumbs up! I'll try to attach several pictures to give you a sense of the job and how it as performed. Russo was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I would not hesitiate to recommend them to others.

Russo plumbing scheduled an appointment for me within 24hrs and called a half an hour prior to arriving for the scheduled appointment. Did an excellent job replacing the drain in the kitchen sink. They were very professional and extremely helpful. I already know I will be using their services again in the near future.

Todd was on time, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and just down right awesome. I would definitely use this plumbing company again!

They were excellent! I called on a Sunday when the toilet from upstairs leaked into my bathroom downstairs. They walked me through the problem and were able to save me the on call fee and came out asap Monday. They called to keep me posted every step of the way. They did an excellent job and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend them to anyone!

We are thrilled to have found a plumber & company that is customer service oriented. We wanted to replace a wall hung sink in our powder room with a pedestal sink, along with some other plumbing repairs elsewhere in the house. Joe quickly stopped by to remove the sink, which gave me a few days to spackle and paint the wall prior to his return to install the new sink. All of the installations and repairs where done professionally and quickly. I will continue to use their plumbing services and have recommended them to my family and friends in the area.

Todd Witman called approximately 30 minutes before his appointment to confirm and arrive at the exact time that he was scheduled. Todd was very knowledgeable, extremely personable and professional. He was quick, neat and transparent, explaining the hourly rate, exactly what he was doing and the cost of each replacement part installed. We feel very lucky that we now have a plumber that we can trust, call again and share with our family and friends.

We just moved into our home 5 days ago and discovered that water was leaking in the basement any time water was run anywhere in the house. Being brand new homeowners in a new city, we didn't have a regular plumber to call for service. I checked reviews on Angie's List and based on all of the positive feedback, called Russo Plumbing. Scott was very helpful and based on my description of the issue, recommended having their septic technician come out. I was very lucky that their septic technician had a customer cancel and was able to come over less than an hour later! The technician quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged septic system. He unclogged it, tested it, and gave me recommendations for how to prevent it from being clogged in the future. He was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He even took his shoes off when entering the house to review the bill after the service! I can't say enough good things about the company or the technician. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I got him from Angie's List and he was great. He did a nice job. He was neat and prompt.

They promptly returned my call and were able to schedule an appointment that worked for me. Many a plumber that I had called would nto even return my call. They were prompt and professional and completed the work needed and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend and use again!

They were great. Pete called me back less than 24 hours after I messaged through Angie's List, and was very helpful on the phone--talked me through hot water heaters, and also gave advice on our sump pump. He helped me understand everything, without making me feel dumb or uninformed. One day later Todd was at the door to install the new hot water heater, and he too was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and Todd took the time to explain various things to me (again, without in any way patronizing me). I couldn't be happier.

My experience went well. I have used them in the past. They got back to me right away. They were pretty clear on when they could come out and do it. I feel like they are a pretty honest company. The gentleman, when I spoke with him and described what was wrong, actually had me go on to the melon website, showed me the parts they would put in, showed me how much that would cost, and told me what their labor would cost. Basically, he told me what is the cost going in and what exactly they were going in. On my way to work, I stopped and talked to the plumber I saw working. They were friendly. They were on time. My tenant said they showed up right when they were supposed to at 7:30 in the morning. So, it was just a good experience. I would call them again. Now that I found somebody that I like, I would go back. They would be the first people I go to when I have any issue. Based on what I saw online, the price was fine.

I never have a problem with them. They're awesome. He's prompt and shows up on time. They're usually in and out within an hour or so. I recommend them to others.

The man that came was super friendly, said that we could call for these sorts of problems in the future and they would even try to talk us through to see if we could fix it ourselves, was incredibly informative about what he was doing, and we will definitely use them again.

I checked Angie?s list and based on the ratings, I called Pete Russo Plumbing. Scott Leister answered the phone. I told him of the punch list of problems and thanks to his patience, professionalism, and business acumen, I scheduled a technician to come on site. Prior to incurring service expense, Scott reviewed my punch list, service pricing, and he informed of the name of the technician that would be coming on-site and the time of his arrival on the agreed upon date? excellent expectations setting!!!! The technician, ?Todd? arrived at exactly the scheduled time! He was technically knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our dog even likes him. Todd performed all items on our punch list quickly and utilizing the best solutions for our needs. He is an excellent retro-fitter! He explained the steps he was taking and even gave us tips on how to avoid future issues. We had minor items for this service call but, our greater goal was to find a plumbing company that we could rely on for quality service and realistic pricing. We can now relax with the knowledge that when have a plumbing project or if we need any plumbing issues addressed we can call Pete Russo Plumbing! Pete Russo Plumbing clearly builds his business on a foundation of integrity and customer-centric professionalism. I would not hesitate to have Pete Russo Plumbing provide services again!!!!

Todd was excellent. He called before arrival, was punctual, professional and diligent in his work. He cleared the clog and replaced the drain plumbing. We'll use his services the next time we need plumbing work done. Thank you.

Very courteous, professional and ready to answer all the questions. We could not figure out the leak but the other work was completed quickly and efficiently in 2 visits. The first visit was for inspection of wet carpet which Todd tried to find but we could not figure out as there was no plumbing line. I suspected AC leak and he advised us to check with HVAC professionals. In the next visit, he changed the shower handle (that was dripping) and installed an access panel in master bath. We will use the company again as they are honest and upfront.

The whole team is great! I wish I had found them years ago. They go above and beyond any other plumbers we have used. The communication is outstanding, not only do they schedule a date and time, they call before they arrive. They are very careful and thoughtful with what they are working on. I can't recommend them enough. We have used them 3 times now, and they are the best in this area.

Prompt response to our inquiry. The team was willing to come out immediately and evaluate our problem,even asked for pictures to give us a good idea of what we were looking at to pay. We had a new heater within days, fantastic water pressure (had been worsening over the year) and HOT water. Scott sent two men and they were in early and done within a few hours. They showed us the system, explained how it worked and cleaned everything-could not tell they had even been in. The men were very nice and professional. Can't say enough good things about their service and this company. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Our toilet in our main floor bathroom, which was about ten years old, was not flushing properly and was leaking into basement and we were also having an issue with a strong foul odor coming from sink so I called Pete Russo plumbing and left a message. My message was returned promptly the same day by Scott. He suggested getting a new toilet due to better design on newer toilets to solve flushing issue and he said he could have someone take a look at our pipes to determine cause of odor. He scheduled Todd to come out within 4 business days. Todd was excellent - he installed the new toilet (which we purchased ourselves) quickly and then diagnosed the odor as improper venting of our shower drain, which he also promptly fixed. For a small fee, he also took the old toilet for disposal, which was very convenient. The new toilet looks and works great - no more leak and no more flushing problems. Todd was prompt, friendly, and very professional. We would definitely use them again in the future.

This was a great experience. I don't often write reviews, but their service was exceptional. I called and spoke with Scott who was kind enough to discuss the issues I was having and gave me an estimate over the phone. Once I called around to assess the going rate for plumbing services, Russo is comparable, however, Scott seemed more honest and professional than the others. He had someone scheduled to come out the following day. one the day of service, a half hour prior, the serviceman, Todd, called and told me he'd be at my home in a half hour. Once he was here, he explained everything step by step. He was punctual, professional and we couldn't have asked for more! He did some fixes that a dishonest plumber would have tried to capitalize on, and we really appreciated the honesty of professionalism of Russo. Will definitely recommend to neighbors!

Contacted several plumbers due to an over-flowing toilet. Russo's was one of only two plumbers that could respond on the same day that I called. They were able to have someone at my house within about two hours. Mile was very friendly and profeesssional. He immediately identified the problem and had it resolved in about 15 minutess. I will definitely call these guys next time I have a plumbing problem.

Todd was very professional in all aspects of the service provided. He was excellent in all aspects of the service provided. There were multiple sources of leaks that he repaired. The toilet seal was torn, which he showed me and was replaced. The water shut off valve to the toilet was corroded and not working. The repair included cutting a small section of the intake tubing and soldering a new valve in place. The internal tank float valve assembly was leaking at the gasket and was replaced. He performed all these tasks in a rapid and efficient manner. Todd explained everything in detail. He also was very neat so that one would not know that any work was done by viewing that bathroom at the conclusion of the repair process. The cost of the service was very reasonable. This was the second time we used this source for plumbing repairs. We were well pleased with the results on both occasions and would highly recommend Pete Russo plumbing and particularly Todd, one of their employees, for plumbing services.
