Called Russo arrived three hours later and fixed the problem within an hour. This is the second time I have used Russo the first time they came out to check out tankless water heater but were not able to help.. they never charged me for the visit. Thats why I called them back this time to help. I knew they were honest and dependable.

Arrived on time, fixed the problem, cost was very reasonable, staff was very professional, will definitely use again!

We had a water leak inside our wall that was dripping on our closet ceiling. We Called Russo Plumbing, they came promptly, on time, quickly localized the leak and before we know it it was fixed and they werre on their way. Very friendly, very experienced, definitely will be calling them again for my future plumbing needs.

We had no water pressure when the shower faucet was turned to the hot water. Cold showers are fine in August, but not in Late October! When I called and got Scott on the phone, he knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. Todd showed up that same day, on time and was polite, friendly and very helpful. He replaced the cartridge on our faucet in about 15 min. The repair was exactly the cost that Scott had estimated for me on the phone. Tood then even talked me through another unrelated water issue and gave me advice. We had water seep in behind tile in a different stall shower, and Todd confirmed that it wasn't due to a leak. He then advised us on how we might want to fix it, and recommended a subcontractor to call. If this new subcontractor is as honest and professional as the men were from Pete Russo, it will make my year.

Had some leaking from our T&P valve on the hot water tank. Came out on time, looked at the issue and diagnosed quickly and even after the repair showed what the difference was. Repair/Replaced T&P valve on the Hot Water Tank and the pressure valve of the water coming in the house. Walked thru the install and what needed to be done and even fixed a pipe on the sump pump quickly while out. I would use the again and they were friendly and courteous, thanks

Everything went well. I wanted to do it immediately, but the company was very knowledgeable and advised against doing the work while it was raining. This saved me a lot of heartache in the long run since the process would have been much messier. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and made the experience as painless as possible.

The guy explained what he was doing and basically it was not anything difficult, just something we couldn't do. He was real nice about it. I went with him because the quoted price was reasonable, I thought it was right where I wanted. There was no surprise. I didn't have a single problem. I referred them to someone else, too.

Their prices were very reasonable. I was pleased. I would call them again in a heartbeat. They were very punctual.

I went the way it ought to all ways be. They came, they fixed, they were paid, and they went. No fuss, no muss. Professional, friendly, reliable. Yes, I do recommend them!

We called 3 plumbers, Russo was the only one willing and able to come out w/iin 24hours and they arrived at the time specified. The price was what we estimated. We contacted Russo b/c they had sub-contracted on a kitchen remodel that we had in 12/2010 and at that time they were great. The plumber arrived on time, was quick, efficient and we have had no problems with the service they performed in 12/2010.

Overall it was okay. The plumber, Eric, was very nice and they had come recommended by my friend who uses them. I have 2 complaints about the service. The first complaint is that, while the plumber was downstairs shutting off the water, he helped himself to a diet coke in my refrigerator without asking me first. When he came upstairs he mentioned he hoped I didn't mind but he was thirsty. The second complaint was that it appeared as though he scratched the sink. I only know this because I saw him feverishly rubbing the sink. When I went in to inspect it I saw it was scratched. At first he claimed it was only grease, then he said the mark was there first. I knew this was not the case as I had inspected the unit before he installed it. Eventually, I was given a 20% discount but I do not think I was believed. Word to the wise, have the plumber inspect everything BEFORE he gets started so that if a scratch suddenly appears, they cant blame it on anyone else.

A very good experience. A very helpful person answered my call and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. On the day of the appointment, Erik was there on time, and in fact, he called twice from the road to let me know exactly when he would be at my house. Once there, he completed the job quickly and courteously.

Super!! I called the number and actually spoke to a human being. They told me they could have someone out within an hour, which was actually too soon for me. They sent someone out the same afternoon and quickly identified the problem and corrective measure. They added flange extenders for my toilet to address a small leak. The gentleman that came out was very courteous and professional. Left the site tidy.

Plumber on time, polite and very reasonable. Most of all, he figured out what the real problem was and fixed it once and for all.

THE PLUMBERS ENCOUNTERED SOME PROBLEMS DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVE AN OLD HOME AND THE EXISTING TOILET WAS OLD. WHEN A CRACK OCCURRED THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE WHAT WAS BROKEN WITHOUT AN EXCESSIVE FEE.
