Description of Work: Cleaned the trap (that was excellent) | |Toilet wasn't flushing, they replaced the handle, didn't match any of the fixtures in the house, when asked to replace it with brass, they never came back. |Disappointed.

I am writing this response due to a negative review posted in an effort to clear things up. We responded to the property the following morning from the call on 7/29/14 for several problems, and fixed everything with efficiency except for a 25 year old toilet handle that was deteriorated and was wired by a paper clip. My mechanic took all the numbers off the toilet and we re-searched through Kohler technical and found this unique design dual flush handle discontinued. We used a chrome toilet handle we had for temporary use and it seemed to be ok with the homeowner at time of visit. I followed up with the assistant who was our original contact and explained that it was discontinued and she asked to wire the old one back on which does not correct the problem and was left in there trash can. I was told that the assistant would get back to me after consulting with the home owner and I did not get that phone call. In reviewing our account last week I found a negative review which I take very personally. I think our other reviews will show Pete Russo Plumbing takes customer satisfaction very seriously and we have nothing but "A" reviews and are on the honor roll. Description of Work: rough estimate was given over the phone. Todd came out on wednesday after calling to see if he could come early. water softener was installed after 3 hours. cost of materials was a bit higher then expected. Todd was excellent and work was very neat.
