Superior customer service from day! Chad answered all of our questions and concerns during our initial visit to the showroom. We were pleasantly surprised at the turn around time. Once our choice for a Corian countertop and sink was made, Mike met us at our home and did the final measuring. His installers arrived on time, completed a professional installation and left our house as clean as it was when they arrived. We've already reached out to a few friends to brag about our new countertops!!!!

After 18 years, Susan and I decided to update our kitchen, specifically the laminate countertops, the floor and appliances. After several weeks of researching different counter materials (marble, granite, quartz and Corian), we returned to our local Corian fabricator (PENCE COUNTERTOPS). There we decided on CORIAN countertops. Mike Pence was generous with his time explaining every step in the process. My wife was impressed with the process, the cleanliness of the showroom, and their concern for customer safety because of the virus. At the scheduled time, Mike came to our home and did precise laser measurements. A week later Mike returned with his crew and installed the new countertops 62 sq/ft. They could not have been better. I had called and got the price from them. It was a little bit higher than the retail chain, but then I found out that the retail chain used them. That kind of synched the deal.
