+ -1 moreThey did the job well and I was very satisfied with the work. He's been in the area for almost thirty years. The windows are under warranty for life. Two men came in, cleaned up well, were respectful, and I could not say enough about them.

Description of Work: I called them and they called back two days later and said they weren't taking on anymore work. It was a $10,000 job and they didn't give a hoot.

+ -1 moreI secured several estimates. Mike's was within range and he was recommended by others who had used him locally. Mike came out and took measurements and gave me an estimate. He requested a down payment to secure the windows since this was a custom job and the windows are not stock items. When the windows arrived, I was notified and an install date was established. The installers came on time on the date specified and removed the old windows, installed the new ones, and cleaned up and removed all debris. There was a problem with the bow window pattern matching the other windows in the community. Mike was able to correct this problem at not cost to me. He stands behind his work.
Description of Work: I needed replacement of 2 48" inch windows in my bedroom and the arch window above these windows. I live in a Town House Community and the original windows were not of high quality. They were aluminum and difficult to open and clean. Mike recommended replacing with tilt in/out vinyl windows.
