Had trouble scheduling. My was not the usual attic and presented challenges not covered in the Angie List deal... no fault of the installer.

It took him several days to let me know he would be on vacation on the original dates selected. I was fine with that piece given the Christmas/ New Year holiday. My issue starts because he never followed up with new options as he said he would. I had to chase him down, and after multiple calls and emails, a date was given to me many weeks out. I had a family emergency come up and needed to move that date and the chasing began again. In the end, I am not sure he was planning on coming. He finally sent an email post the date, and said he would give me another option. The pattern started again and I had to call again and again. When he answered last week, he told me he could be here today. I made adjustments at work to be available. Late last night I saw an email he sent about 8:00 PM saying he couldn't do the work at all.

We had purchased the Transfer Kit several years ago, but we never had it hooked up to our generator and electrical panel. Leamy Electric did a great job and we would definitely use their services again!!

I had three projects for them on my "electrician for a day deal", probably ambitious but I figured they would get to two. Upon ariival it was pretty clear that only one of the crew was really a trained electrician the other one was his son. I thought the deal was for 8 hours of an electricians time not 4 hours of an electricians time and 4 hours of apprentices time. I showed them my first project which was installing three sconces in my living room. They accomplished this and I was generally happy with the work, however at 400 dollars it was more than lowes would have charged. I figured I would at least get a ceiling fan hung as well in 8 billable hours, no such luck. Cleanup was acceptable but they had to borrow my paper towels to do it. One of them kept leaving my door open (it was 28 degrees outside), also they presumed to park in my driveway without asking and my wife had to park in the street and carry the car seat in. Like I said, I am happy for the work they did hence the B rating for quality. That said I was not satisfied with the amount they accomplished or their professionalism on the job site and I feel I could have gotten the same job accomplished for less elsewhere.

Adrian did an excellent job. Job quality was very good and he seemed to take pride in doing a good job. Very fair guy and a straight shooter. He made some solid suggestions for things I didn't need--I appreciate the honesty. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

He listens, he'll stand over backwards to do what you need done and offers suggestions. He has worked with other contractors, he get things done some time to work with other contractors when we were getting the downstairs bathroom remodeled. I liked him from the very beginning. He's very, very nice, he's a little high strung, he's very upfront, he's very reasonable price-wise, he works when he comes out and gets the job done. I can't ask for more than that.
