Best experience working with a contractor that I've ever had! And I've worked with many. John is so easy to communicate with as well as prompt and professional. His crew is hard working and considerate. I love my new porch, patio, and walkways, but I miss having them on site! Competitive pricing, excellent final product, and exceptional experience. I would hire again and highly recommend. I interviewed several concrete providers and builders and am so happy that I chose John and his crew.

When John arrived for the free quote - he was very personable, asked questions about what we wanted, how we wanted the project to look and time frame we would like to have it done. John provided a brochure with pictures of different patterns and colors to choose. The quote was provided later that evening along with a timeframe that he could start the project. The first day of project had a tree that needed to be moved. I tried to get it out , john and his crew took care of getting the tree out and moved . john went over the details again of what we wanted, made sure it was they prepped the areas and framed , poured concrete a day later. the crew was extremely nice, clean up the job site and made sure dirt was graded to new walkway and seeded. When we scheduled an estimate (which was free) we had no idea what to expect. The contractor showed up on time and spent as much time as was needed to answer our questions and explain the entire process. He took preliminary measurements and gave us an estimate cost. He was very knowledgeable and professional about his product. We finally made the call to begin the job. We were fortunate that it could be started the following week! The workmen showed up on Monday on time to begin excavation and forming out the shape of the patio. Tuesday, the concrete was poured and stamped. Wednesday, the final work was completed this included the concrete staining and the grading of the property that was disturbed during the installation. They also seeded the grassy areas disturbed. Again, we were fortunate that the weather was perfect for such work so there were no rain delays! We also asked to have a grate placed in front of our garage to catch and divert rainwater. The workmen were very efficient and when I was outside, they answered any questions I asked. The final bill, including the garage drain, came in a little lower than first quoted because we cut down the size of the patio between original estimate and final size installed. The entire process was carried out with precision and professionalism. The workmen were very experienced and also very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A concrete patio that is stamped and colored is something that is going to be around a long time and I was nervous about my choices but after John asked me about my preferences and what I wanted to achieve, he made some suggestions and I am glad I had this guidance. In my eyes this patio turned out to be a work of art that I will enjoy for many summers!
