Chip Greth and his worker did an excellent job with the installation of frameless European style kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. His attention to detail is evident in the finished appearance of my kitchen and bath. He made several cuts to the trim with precision. He demonstrated his ability to adapt well to working in a small space. I also appreciate Chip’s professionalism and communication. He provided a Certificate of Insurance and complied with my condominium’s plumbing policy. He is reliable, punctual, fair with his prices, and cleans up after his work. I would recommend Innovative Kitchen & Baths.

+ 6 moreChip was so timely, you could set your watch to him. If he was going to be the slightest bit late he would call ahead. He set the project schedule on a virtual calendar and followed it to a T. He was helpful with finding the right products that were needed to accomplish the project. In general, I was VERY satisfied with his work. Caveat...he is not a chit-chatterer and will not up-sell you. That was to my liking. If you need someone to hold your hand, he may not be your guy. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Two bathrooms were redesigned and enlarged. One bathroom was redesigned as "handicap-available" with a shower available to a roll-in wheelchair. The second bathroom incorporated a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms included extensive tile work on floors and walls, grab-bars, new toilets, new sinks and wall cabinets and installed towel-warmers in the walls. The final product was masterfully done, and included top-grade products and workmanship. We are totally satisfied with the work performed by this firm and recommend them without reservation.

+ 0 moreThey are excellent. Our shower is beautiful. The only thing that really stood out with me the tile guy he uses, he did excellent work, but it just does took him for hour to do it. We chose them after my husband had several different contractors come to give us an estimate. We would use them again.
Description of Work: We used Innovative Kitchen and Bath in January February time frame for bathroom remodel. They redid a good portion of our master bathroom. They installed a new shower, new toilet, new surround around the jacuzzi, they installed tile around that, new fixtures that kind of stuff.

+ -1 moreThey were reasonable and their workmen were really careful about their work. They finished a day or two early which was unheard of. We looked at other remodelers and they were all about the same price. They weren't cheap, but they were reasonable.
