Contacted this company via Angie's List message service on 1/4 with a detailed description of the services wanted (install two toilets provided by the customer and disposal of the old ones. Requested a quote for the job - never heard back.

Called around for quotes on replacing my gas water heater. Their price was significantly lower than others in the area. They were also willing to install unit if I purchased elsewhere (which is what we did do). Arrived as scheduled, completed job quickly, took away the old hot water heater. After they left I noticed I did not like position of the water shut off valve. They came back out and took care of it at no additional charge. Would definitely use again.

Rick's team arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend this company for any type of plumbing work. A few months later, I had them repair a leaky shower faucet. Again, excellent work, done promptly.

Response was prompt and efficient, effectively solving the problem. I had used their services a month before to repair a problem with my well pump. I woould recommend this company to anyoneho needs plumbing services.

The workers were as unobtrusive as they could be, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Munz came back several times to make sure everything was functioning properly. Our sump pumps have not run since then!

We have been using Rick Munz and Munz Plumbing ever since we moved into our house over 25 years ago. They have always displayed integrity and value in all the work they have performed.

We woke up one morning and found we had no water at all. The submerged pump in our well simply died. I put in a call to Rick Munz at 5:30AM. By 8AM his crew was on site, diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump. We had water by 9AM. HW Munz has responded to other emergency calls for us in the past in the same reliable manner.

This is the second time I have used this company to fix a water leak. The first time was to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. That was 3 years ago, and we have had no problems with the sink since then. This time, they fixed the washer machine drain. The joint above the elbow trap was leaking. After removing the part, they showed me how the builder had cut the joint too short, which over time caused the joint to fail. They had to fabricate a new joint out of PVC pipe, and they also fabricated a bracket to hold the elbow in place to reduce the chance of vibrations shaking it loose in the future. Two guys completed the work in about 90 minutes. After completing the work, they cleaned up. The repair was done 2 months ago, and we have not had any leaks since then. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. I think the price was very fair considering the time it took.

THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND HARD WORKING. THEY WANT TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME THROUGH WHEN WE NEED THEM, BUT YOU NEED TO REQUEST SERVICE ABOUT 3 WEEKS OUT.
