Description of Work: David provided meticulous work in a professional manner. He showed up on time and performed the day's work in a neat and tidy manner. It was a pleasure to see the care and detail he puts into his work. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider.

Description of Work: Dave ripped out the tile, floors and shower walls in our bathroom and laid new floor tile and shower tile with 2 shelves and an accent.

Description of Work: This price included leveling, cement and installation of tile, which was approximately 700 square feet. It does not include the tile and grout, which was an additional $1500 or so.

Description of Work: Installation of 18" x 18" porcelain tiles in Kitchen, Foyer, hallway and powder room approximately 356 sq ft . Removal of hardwood floor from foyer. Install Hardibacker in foyer and powder room. The kitchen had hardiboard installed and it was re-secured, joints were taped and crack isolation membrane installed. Supplied and installed self-lever, maple t-molding, and maple stair nosing. Grouting of tiles, clean up and trash removal. The cost listed above includes tile, hardiboard, durock, versabond, sanded grout TEC, grout boost, hardware and labor and installation.

Description of Work: Dave Kilpatrick of Creation Tile did a great job. We had our kitchen backsplash installed and linoleum floor replaced with tiles. He was very professional from start to finish and had the job completed before schedule!. After receiving a quote from Home Depot, we decided to go with Creation Tile whose price was $1,700 less. Dave has a good eye for color so if you have any questions regarding color choices, he's very helpful. We would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I found Dave here on AL and highly recommend his services. I asked Dave to provide fee estimates to help update the floor and wall tiling in my master bath, and the floor tiling in my hall bath. I also obtained quotes from two other contractors, but neither of those individuals offered the same level of service at such high quality for such a low cost. Dave's bid not only covered the labor, but he also supplied the cement, cement board, 2 marble corner shelves, and the marble threshold. Dave’s initial bid was $1,100, but after reconsidering the design for the bathroom, I decided to add to the wall tiling. When I asked Dave how much his estimate would increase, I anticipated it would go up by several hundred dollars, but he only raised it by $100! I was very pleased. Dave started the job on a Monday and was finished by Thursday. He had no issues accommodating the plumber that I used to update the piping in the shower, and very openly communicated with me regarding any issues that popped up along the way (like how my floors were unlevel and this needed to be addressed to properly set the tile). Because the work took place during the week, I could only be home 1 day and otherwise had to go to the office. I had no problem leaving Dave to work in my house without my being there. He called me at the end of each day to let me know his progress, and when I returned home, I saw that the work area was clean. In terms of the tiling itself, my bathroom looks absolutely beautiful!!! Dave did an excellent job with the tile I selected, and his recommendation for the glass accent tile was spot on. All of my friends who’ve seen the bathroom love it, and I am very excited to have Dave come back to finish the hall bathroom as well. Thanks Dave!!!

Description of Work: tiled laundry room. tiled bathroom floor, shower floor and walls, garden tub deck and outer walls. installed marble seat and corner shelves in shower. Dave was neat, punctual and did excelent job. He has experience and it shows in his finished product. I DON"T REMEMBER how much we paid but know he is competitive. Amount i listed is a guess Have used him over the past 18 or so years for 2 other properties.

Description of Work: We completely renovated our small bathroom. We hired Creation Tile/Dave to tile and grout our bathroom floor and the shower walls from floor to ceiling. Dave provided a vendor for tile and materials needed for the tile project.

Description of Work: Installation of approximately 40 sq. ft. of honed marble backsplash in kitchen.

Description of Work: Dave removed old tile (wasn't easy) and installed new tile in 2 rooms for us. We interviewed and received quotes from numerous companies. Dave was not the least expensive but was not the most expensive. We chose him because of his many years of experience. We also felt his responses to our questions were honorable. Nonetheless, we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. His work is fabulous and reasonably priced. He literally transformed 2 rooms in our 60 year old house beyond our expectations.

Description of Work: Vinyl flooring was replaced with ceramic tile at the front door, garage door, hall closet, powder room, kitchen, and pantry.

Description of Work: Creation Tile laid porcelain tile in my new laundry room and also did all the tile in the new Master Bath. He did the shower stall, installed a corner seat, 2 corner shelves and all the tilework around the soaking tub. He installed trim pieces for accent and laid the floor on diagonal. He also suggested a square shower drain and we are very satisfied with the way the shower turned out. The square drain blends with the tile so neatly and attractively and easy to remove for cleaning. He also installed marble threshold and ledges.
