Description of Work: Worked 2 hours on our gas fireplace then said he wasn't familiar with the maker. Then said he had to charge me for a part that he wasn't going to use until I was adamant about how inappropriate that was and that he could expect a call from the man of the house, when he got home. All of a sudden he said he could work something out...and didn't charge me. He got the fireplace to light, but said if we had anymore problems, to call someone else.It only worked one day.
