Eric was friendly and professional and after submitting plans Mr. Heitzenrater said he would bid the home after several hours of discussion to see if he can meet our budget. He advised some ball park pricing in which we were excited. Mr. Heitzenrater advised the next step would be to develop an accurate price breakdown for the home. Problem was he never got back to us. I returned a call 2 weeks later to see where he was in the process. He said he was waiting on a lumber quote and wanted to be sure his cost estimate is accurate. 3 months later no replay, no phone call ....just nothing. Frustrated, I called to get my plans back, he made no mention of the home plans or cost estimate. I wish he would have been professional enough to simply say "I can't build this home" or " I am not interested", etc. so as to not waste our time. As a result, I took my home of the market , to begin planning an alternate location to build our new home before I decide to sell.
