Cobra Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Eric is excellent to work with, being very personable, knowledgeable and helpful with many suggestions on how to obtain the best results with minimum cost. We felt comfortable with Eric from the first time we met him. He gets right to the job and is a hard worker who maintains high consideration to the home owner's facility and possessions. Eric and his co-workers Joe and Jason are a great team. I believe the outcome of the work they performed could not have been better. They had to break through our basement cement floor across the entire width of our house to replace the sewer pipe, connect into the bathroom line, install two new floor drains and connect to the existing plastic pipe on the exterior of the basement wall (below ground). It was not a simple job as the cement in the floor was several inches thick and they had to go under two interior walls as well as go through an exterior cement block wall. At the conclusion of the work the line was pressure tested to insure the quality of the work performed. The cement work to close the floor was a quality job providing us with a nice finished surface. We were pleased that there was no damage to the walls or anything else. They do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to call Cobra in the future. I have waited to write this review to make certain the new sewer line was totally functional. Six weeks have passed since the work was completed with no known problems to date. We feel the price charged was fair and have absolutely no disappointment with the work performed. ......as a side note, if you hire the Cobra Sewer and Drain Cleaning crew, be certain to give Joe a lot of cold fresh water as he works incredibly hard :) Thanks guys!!

To make a long story short I hired Eric to fix my sewer because it was not passing the pressure test. 1st day He showed up and said he can put the camera down the pipe for $100 to locate the problem. 2nd day he jack hammered a big hole in my cement porch 4 feet deep, 2 feet wide and 4 feet long, and at the end of the day he told me he could not find the leak but he needed $600 for that day which was the total original estimate for the job, which I paid in cash. He then said it was going to be $1600 to fix it because he had to dig up the entire pipe to the street. He also told us to cut the tree branches off of the evergreen trees so he could get the backhoe in to dig up the pipe, which we did. He informed me that he had to go to a wedding in Virginia, so he would not be able to finish the job til next week. That was last year, the hole is still there and no Eric. All I can ask is, what is wrong with this guy? I had to delete the expletives from the original text cause I don't want to stoop to his level and totally humiliate the guy, but he does deserve it in my opinion. Just a little advice Eric, take care of your customers, that is if you still have any.

We called Eric on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 (the day after Hurricane Sandy hit this area) to report that our sewers had backed up into our finished basement. He returned our call within a couple of hours and made arrangments to get here the next day to fix our problem. He came Wednesday, October 31, 2012 and he and Joe first ran a camera through the sewer line to determine what the problem was. When they found a blockage in the line, they snaked the house trap and fixed the problem. Eric and Joe both are polite, professional and really know what they're doing. Their fees were reasonable and they recommended someone that would come and disinfect and clean our carpets and flooring. We called back the next day with a question for Eric and left him voice mail. He responded to our call within a couple of hours. Because our area was affected by the hurricane with flooded basements, etc., I am sure they were busy this week, but they responded VERY promptly and took their time to do the job right while they were here. I highly recommend Cobra Sewer and Drain Cleaning if you have any sewer or drain problems.

They were running a little bit late, but they called us to tell us that they were running a little late. Very professional. Cobra did a good quick job. Fixed everything by the end of the day.
