"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

I guarantee my work and service all make and models. also our team got let go from a national company that specializes in appliance repair and the team I worked for was so amazing we decided to start our own business and so there are three guys and a female. I decided to move closer to family in the beaver county area, while the rest of my team still operates out of Raleigh NC. We charge an $80 diagnostic fee. He was supposed to have to taken care of several jobs several months ago (1 nearly a year ago), but we are finding out he never did them. In addition, he kept some of our materials (door lock adjustment tool as well as some door locksets) and refuses to respond to calls or texts to complete what he was asked to do, return our materials or simply let us know what happened. He MAY come out and do a job for you and MAY do it OK or he may just ignore you. I should have known when we first started hiring him for jobs and he told me that he was ignoring another woman who was asking him to fix something and he didn't want to do it so he just ignored her. Guess that was a sign that I didn't heed unfortunately. Hopefully he doesn't do a job for you, do it wrong and then you continually try to call or text him to come fix it he will likely do what he did to us and the other lady and just ignore you rather than be a professional and respond appropriately."
