+ 0 moreThe positive part of the story is that they eventually do come out and affect repairs. It takes many calls but they eventually come out. The negatives are that they just did a horrible, used the wrong materials and I am afraid they need to be totally torn out and redone correctly. The repairs are not satisfactory.
Description of Work: We had Moyers build us a retaining wall and rebuild our front steps. The retaining wall is beautiful, no complaints. The steps are horrible. They have been out several times to repair them. This spring they totally replaced the treads with whole stone slabs. The problem is that they are not deep enough. This resulted in an unsightly cement joint some 4 or 5 inches wide, which is already cracking. They also broke one step and instead of replacing it with a whole slab, they patched it. It's hard to describe without pictures, but they really are not good at building steps and we are not happy.
