Made multiple attempts via phone, had to leave messages ( a live person never answered). No one ever returned my calls. Very unprofessional.

He was fairly responsive and I had had trouble getting in touch with people in the past He came out without too much delay to do the work. His fee was very reasonable and he did a good job. His communication was pretty good too. It was easy to understand what he was intending to do. He was very friendly.
Description of Work: We used Lane Billett's Renovation to improve the ventilation in our bathroom by replacing the ducts that ran from the fan to the soffit.

Just great, under budget on time, he is really fun and wonderful to work with, he's a very nice, articulate person and we were thrilled with his workmanship. Thank you Lane!
Description of Work: Lane is FANTASTIC, he has done several small jobs for us and we are planning to have him help us on a new house in the Spring and Summer of next year. Obviously we trust him and believe in the quality of his work as we're back for more and lining up on his busy schedule. He has worked on a variety of jobs for us including electrical, plumbing, renovations, windows and many others.
