Ben is the most in ethical business man that I have ever encountered. His product did not work at all, and he would not honor warranty to fix the many problems. He did not take responsibility for his faulty product application of acrylic cement to our foundation. His product is very bad, he is a very unreliable trades person, and he simply does care to build an honorable company. Run as far away from this company and person as possible!
