+ -1 moreVery well. It actually only took about 3 1/2 days; they had planned for 5 but extra help was available one day that speeded it up. They are always very professional and clean up the job site well. We did not, however, use an official contract. We would use them again. Note: Several years previously, they repainted the trim on our porch, as well as our garage doors. Excellent job and cost. 2012: They got a subcontractor to replace all of our gutters and downspouts, plus added gutter covers. ($3,800); also, got another subcontractor to install blown-in cellulose insulation in the attics). 2013: They did various small jobs including washing our exterior windows
Description of Work: They tore off the old (23 year) roof and replaced it with Timberline architectural asphalt shingles. They put in a an ice-dam blocker on the edges, new ridge vents, replaced the 44" x 44" skylight with a new Velux skylight, same size, and installed a 10" sun tunnel in the guest bath. Incidentally, these guys originally built our house in 1989 (we are not the original owners, though).
