Description of Work: Was supposed to give me an estimate for a new furnace, I called several times and never got the estimate

Description of Work: They replaced two toilet flusher levers and a kitchen sink faucet. They had to come back to correct a leak in the kitchen faucet.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. About 20 minutes was spent on this both of the times.
Description of Work: A relative of mine insists on cleaning my stoker and he does a thorough job. But he always misses something which results in fumes. Mr. Davidson is nice enough to come and correct this problem even though he didin't get the job to clean the stoker. He also gave me a complete explanation as to what caused the fumes. This happened the preceding year, 2010, also.

+ 1 moreThe stoker worked perfectly after this. There was no displeasure on his part that I didn't have him clean the stoker in the first place. He was polite and respectful.
Description of Work: An out of town relative worked on my stoker, cleaning it. But it seemed to get very smokey in the house after this. I called this contractor. He called me back soon and arrived with a helper. They resolved the problem quickly and gave me a detailed reason for the problem. He said there was an intake valve that was wrongly set to go "out" and an outake area that was set to draw in. He gave me a printed receipe for my payment which is something that another stoker man refused to give me.
