I called on a Sunday afternoon to set up an appointment. He came about thirty minutes later to look the situation over and give me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and he asked if I wanted him to clear enough off the deck so I could use it. I said yes and he did that immediately. He told me when he could come back and he did. He cleaned up the brush that resulted from taking the tree down. I asked him to leave the bigger wood as a family member burns wood for heat in the winter and he (the family member) would finish the cutting and that is what Mr. Treat did. He was very accommodating and professional.
