Description of Work: George was on time for appointment he was able to diagnose the problem with our Sub-Zero refrigerator and made the necessary repairs. His charges were fair and we will definitely call him again if we have any need.

+ -1 moreAfter many calls and texts to the proprietor, we have been unsuccessful in having Geoge's Appliance Repair return to complete the pre-paid work. At least five days were spent with promised return visits, using work-release time, or coverage from neighbors and family to wait for the visit. I have threatened civil action if I do not receive a complete refund immediately, and am instigating that process today (6/29), about 2 months after the initial visit and pre-payment. The work invoice has neither address or name of proprietor listed and internet research finally found this information.
Description of Work: inspected broken door hinge on Bosch washer, took pre-payment for part and promised return visit in a reasonable time
