I could not be more satisfied with the work Joe Sinni and his crew did. First, Joe came and gave me an estimate and arranged to do the job very quickly--within a few days of the estimate. Second, he got the job done in just 4 hours, which was less than a quarter of the time given by my other estimate and for less than half the cost of the other estimate. Third%, the crew and supervisor Jim was polite and responsive -- very attentive to some questions and concerns we had about what was under and inside the walls. Fourth, the on site supervisor Jim and the crew followed all our directions to a and quot;tand quot;. And last, Joe called shortly after the job was done to be sure I was completely satisfied. We were!

Joe and his team did an excellent job doing the interior demolition on our house. We just bought a 4 bedroom 2000 square foot home that needed a complete remodel. The only room in the house that was in decent shape was the dining room, so I hired Sinni Removal Services to take the rest of the house down to the original floors and beams and only keep the kitchen appliances. Joe met with us and walked through the entire house and helped us identify places what would make sense and that would not make sense to tear down based on our remodeling plans. I thought it was amazing that It only took 3 days of work to complete the entire demolition. Joe and his team did everything we talked about an even tore down an additional wall after it was determined the wall was not in good shape behind the wall paper. I also appreciated that they placed all the appliances on a piece of carpet that was torn up in the dining room so that it would not scratch the hardwood floors. Overall, I am very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Sinni Removal Services.

Joseph returned my first call immediately and scheduled a visit to assess the size and kind of heating oil tank in our basement that needed to be removed. He came out on the agreed date on time and provided an estimate. The crew that did the removal work was very professional, punctual, and left the space clean and tidy after finishing the work.

Joe Sinni and Sinni Removal Services knocked it out of the park. Quick, Clean, and Concise work done with the greatest of care (possible for demo). Made sure neighbors, street, and surroundings were cleaned up afterwards and it was like they were never there at all. I would absolutely RECOMMEND these guys to do work to anyone that will listen to me. I plan on keeping these guys busy and continue to help them help me look good!!!! Thanks Guys...
