+ 2 moreThey were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. John was always available to answer our questions and offer valuable advice. The job was started and completed on schedule, and the workers were there every day. Any changes that were to be made were documented and a change order was done so that both Gauntlett and I were perfectly clear on what was to be done, what materials were to be used and the exact cost. Every day before work was complete, they would clean up after themselves and put all of their equipment away so our home was as livable as possible during the construction.
Description of Work: Gauntlett Construction put a 650 square foot addition on my home, including central air conditioning throughout the house. The addition consisted of a family room, bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room. Also included in the price was a complete kitchen remodeling.
